The service prices at this dealership for an oil change on a diesel truck were insane! This dealership rips off their customers! I have traveled all over the country and what this dealership charges for an oil change is almost double anywhere I've been (I only use Ford dealerships for service). If I wasn't heading out of town in the morning to drive 1,200 miles towing I would have gladly cancelled my appointment and gone elsewhere! Honda Pilot died in the parking lot at Food Lion. I called a neighbor, called my husband... couldn't get up with them. Out of desperation, I called Pecheles (I don't have triple a - didn't expect to need it on a 2022 vehicle). Although they wouldn't normally come out and give a jump, they did send someone. Car started and I drove to the dealership. They charged the battery and sent me on my way at no charge! That's great service. read more

It is increasingly uncommon to find people that both do their job and offer good customer service. The ford/toyota service department at pecheles took care in doing both. I purchased my truck used (from another dealer) and with 3rd party extended warranty. They got underway on my vehicle the day I dropped it off, despite not purchasing from them. The service manager Brian dealt with my warranty company for me and I believe he negotiated the best payout for the service I needed. He always kept me updated throughout the process. Shortly after the first repair I had another issue and assuming it could've been caused by their initial repair I sent it back, the new issue was not a result of their repair but they still dealt with it as quickly as possible and negotiated with the warranty company again, which resulted in a payout I wasn't even expecting. I hope to not need any further service but if I did I would continue to bring my truck here. read more

My rear end differential needed burnishing to remove shuddering and vibration, especially when backing up. Will filed with my extended warranty I purchased when I purchased the vehicle new. The $4K+ charges were reduced to $100 deductible. Will kept me posted every step of the way. read more

Have made multiple trips to service for routine maintenance and recall repairs. I special ordered my F250 during the pandemic so that it would have all the chips in it that it needed my first routine maintenance appt was fairly uneventful. Everything pretty much went down hill from there. From recall repairs taking twice as long as was estimated to shoddy workmanship and one of my doors getting a crease dent in it while in the shop area. We went to Pecheles because we have an Audi A3 from the Pecheles dealership in Greenville and they're service and sales was great when we bought that car in 2018. I would have expected better treatment given the cost of my truck and the fact it is our second Pecheles family purchase. Comparatively the Ford dealership service is less than sub-par.
