I would hire a money to f my truck up before I go back to these idiots. LESSON LEARNED, Wanted an oil change, wow they had a deal tire rotation and cap off fluids. Which they did not do. My washer fluid was out one week later, can't get the hood open? Why because the oil cap is wedged in the frame of the hood! Finally get it open and find oil all over my motor! Good thing they did not do their job or I may not have found it and may have ruined my engine. Called their clueless customer service. If I lived closer I would have personally delivered my message. Do it yourself they'll just mess it up/lie about doing the job. Went to have my car looked after it shook at speed, I thought it was a driveshaft or a torque converter and they looked at it and said they put my vehicle on the lift and shook everything down and drove the vehicle and insisted nothing was wrong. I assume it was the torque converter so I took it to a transmission shop and they said the driveshaft bearings were going out. Monroe never looked at my vehicle or drove it they just lied and said they did if they actually looked or drove the vehicle they would have noticed a SLOPPY DRIVESHAFT. read more

never rotated tires, didn't put oil cap back on, now down a Qt. & oil all over motor, I shouldn't have to double check the techs work. $109,60 and now I have to add my own quart. Believe the one star reviews folks, bad news read more

Horrible experience, diagnosed my car with the wrong problem and took my money anyway. Will never go back here again. They are lazy and will not accurately help you. Do yourself a favor and go to any other auto service. read more

Terrible place. Employees are required to work on broken lifts, 3/4 of the lights don't work in the building inside and out, tripped over the broken floor simply walking in the front door. Ceiling in the office seems like it's ready to fall in any minute. Toilets are broken leaking on the floor. Safety is a last resort at this place due to corporate management thinking nobody is accountable except the store manager. Open outlets hanging out of the wall. Was under the impression that fire department did annual inspections and lifts get annual inspections but told that they just have the district manager come around and slap brand new inspection stickers on the lifts whether they work or not. My daughter bought 4 new tires for her vehicle. She took the car to Monro in Springville NY for an alignment. Soon after the alignment, she noticed her tires were starting to wear. She went back to the store to complain that the alignment was not properly done. She spoke directly to the manager to see what he will do to rectify the problem. He told her there is nothing he can do. My daughter then went to the corporate office to complain. After several weeks of calling and trying to be heard by someone that would listen, they only gave her a partial refund for the tires. Do not go to Monro. Find a more reputable garage. read more
