I assume it was the torque converter so I took it to a transmission shop and they said the driveshaft bearings were going out. Monroe never looked at my vehicle or drove it they just lied and said they did if they actually looked or drove the vehicle they would have noticed a SLOPPY DRIVESHAFT.

Whether it is an oil change, inspection, snow tires, wheel bearings, joints, or anything else, they've always done quality work for me. If they spot something that is going to be a bigger problem than I initially thought, they let me know and gave me options rather than assuming or just fixing it all and giving me a bill. Great if they spot potential problems early, too, and let me know if I can expect it to last or if I should get ahead of it now. Definitely my preferred shop in town.
