Terrible place to go. Took my 2020 f150 in for simple oil change and inspection make sure everything is ok. Then I am told whoever did my oil change last had broken my engine oil filter cap and it will need to be replaced. Little did the shop know that that was actually a brand new engine oil filter cap that I had watched be replaced by the last oil change place after they had broken it as well. Manager then proceeds to call around and can't seem to find anyone that has one and of course no one around can get one till Tuesday. This is Sunday. After all this I'm called to the counter to pay and am told the new oil filter cap is going to be $270 and they will have it Tuesday. But wait says the manager I can discount that and take it down to $170 mind you I've already looked up the part and can see it is only $72.99 at AutoZone. So I am the. Told it would be best if I just go buy the part and I can bring it back in for them to fix. Sounds like a sweet gig, break someone's stuff then send them off to get the part and to pay for it after you tried to up charge by $200. And so I pay my bill $110 for oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. Walk out to truck hoping the now broken oil filter isn't going to leak on my way home I happen to notice that my tires have not been rotated at all which I'm sure in turn means no sort of inspection was probably done. Absolutely disgusted with this place. Looking back I thank god that they didn't perform any other services or touch my lug nuts. read more

had tires put on and kept having slow air leak, eventually came out of work to flat tire. I assumed I ran a nail or something over. Took tire off covered it is soapy water to find the air leak and it was between the tire and rim. I took tire back in assuming there some corrosion on rim that wasn't cleaned off properly allowing air tight seal. they came back and showed me 1/4 inch slice in my tire right above where I found it to be leaking at the rim/tire. There is absolutely no way I missed that large of a slice with soapy water even my father was helping me and he didn't see it either. I'm convinced they didn't want to fix the original issue so stabbed a screw driver in my sidewall to get it out their hair. shady and I'll never give them my business again read more

Monros motto is a sucker is born every minute. I use to work security for a company that sells tires. There was a group of guys who stole tires. They got fired and next thing I know there is a story in the paper about a Monro getting broken in to and the post the managers name and low and behold he was the ring leader of the tire thieves from my former company. Good job Monro ever hear a leopard doesn't change its spots? So to my experience I was traveling and my muffler dropped. I could not stand that noise so I took it to Monro and they charged me 564.00!! I then had to have it replaced and took it to a local muffler shop and they came out and told me the muffler was put on backwards! The local shop charged 220.00 to redo monros work and it has lasted 3 years so far. read more

Good prices and service! I have done most of my own mechanical work in the past and previously have worked as a mechanic in several different industries. I have been using these guys when either I don't have time or just don't feel like doing the work. They have always charged prices lower then I was expecting and I have been pleased with their work. First they lost a center cap from one of my rims, next they failed to tighten the lug nuts on one of my wheels (it almost came off as I was driving two days later), and then most recently they charged me for a brake job they didn't actually do (or, if they did, the pads were the worst ones ever, since I just had to have the pads--and the rotors--replaced again within 10,000 miles). BEWARE!! These people are crooks! My car wouldn't start and it needed towed to this shop. I wish I had it towed to my house and had a friend look at it because they really ripped me off. I needed a new water pump which should've been less than $100. They charged me $205 plus $200 "labor". Every individual thing done was a cost plus a labor fee. They scanned the computer, another $100, plus $100 "labor" to scan it. I don't know how this place is in business. Even the man ahead of me said "wow, that's the most expensive oil change I ever got." They scam, scam, and scam some more. I'll never go back again, I feel like I was taken advantage of. Who's to say they even did all that extra work? I was probably just charged for things that wasn't even done. NEVER AGAIN! read more
