I spent all of 2024 getting new tires and dealing with tire issues. I brought my car to Fitchs early December because I had to wait a week due to their availability. That was fine because I felt like I could rely on them and still my car was going to get done right. after 3 weeks of me saving I go and pay my $840 bill only to come the next day to pick up my car and it has a flat tire and the tire is not a brand that I have ever purchased. Randy had nothing to say and basically told me it was my fault for bringing my car in with a flat tire but I assure it was not considering the tire that was flat was not a brand that I've ever purchased. Even with my proof of my tire purchases throughout the year, He refused to help me with the tire situation or give me a refund of some sort. my kids Christmas was ruined because of this and more stress was put on me as a hard working single mom. I had called the service department to let them know about the gas lid and then whenever I could not put it in the park.....I could get no service person to answer the telephone which made me very upset. Also the button broke for rolling the window up and down passenger side window!!!! REALLY! The Ford Company put a extended 10 year warranty on the power steering cause they knew they had an issue.
