The results were better than I'd even hoped: residues of various kinds buffed off the exterior, all stickers removed from windows as requested, interior absolutely spotless with vinyl and leather reconditioned. Mine is a 14 year-old car that not been detailed in 5 years and it looks almost brand new! The only (minor) issues: *Floor mats were very wet and needed two full days to dry *Communication with main service dept very poor- when car was returned to me, I was told to pay at the detail shop. When I drove back to detail shop, was told I needed to pay at dealership down the road or pay over phone with cc. A minor inconvenience, but one that could have easily been avoided. *Website does clearly state that headlight restoration is a separate fee. I will definitely be recommending this detailing service. Would not help when I asked simple questions or gave attitude when I ask if I could get clarification on an issue. Multiple times she said she would do something then never did. When asked to contact another dealership to get information on am issue she said she would not do it. This is exactly why people dislike dealerships and this experience was so much worse than I had hoped for. I was recommended to come here and I wish I hadn't. If you can help it go somewhere else.

The pictures speak for themselves but I will say the owner is not professional , unable to back up the work done there and will not make things right when they are at fault. Making you feel like their poor work is your fault. I took my brand new car for a small pea size chip in the paint to be fixed. They had to repaint 2 doors. 1st paint job the car was returned to me with 2 doors full of running paint and a chip again in the door. What business owner would allow that to leave their shop and worst part give it back to the owner in hopes it will go unnoticed. She lied to our face about the new chip when i have videos and photos of before and after. When car was dropped off to the Owner a 2nd time to repair what she created the first time she stated she was not sure she can fix her own paint job and I might need to take it somewhere else. No apology ! No let me make this right! No nothing. It was my fault apparently for the work she allowed to happen and leave her facility. She did not want to communicate. She had my car the 2nd time for a week with zero communication and I had to call to find out anything about my car. I picked the car up today and well the black trim is all scratched up and there are still pools of paint. That of which will chip again , which according to her she will not cover. When simply asking her about her own paint job and warranty she refused to answer any questions, when asked of her warranty she said chipping of the paint from her paint job would not be covered and anything else she would have to see. No paper work was given to me on the work done, no paperwork for warrenty nothing. Wait for it... she threw my keeps in my car, ran into her building and literally locked her door telling us she was done with us and this car. Leaving me standing there with a messed up car once again. O and she did not even care about the loaner car that Coppos Motors provided me with and there I stood shocked an owner, a grown women literally just acted that way, gave me my car looking like S**t , holding the loaner keys in my hand. After 2 failed paint jobs, extremely rude behavior from Dawn Hilty, and several thousand dollars of damage caused by Wingate, we finally took it to a real body shop and had it repaired properly. I would certainly not recommend this body shop and I hope nobody ever has to experience what they did to us.

We'd already decided on the car after driving one much closer to home, but we had trouble getting a response from the salesperson who'd helped us with the test drive, so after a couple of attempts we gave up and moved on. When we connected with Keegan at LaRiche, we were able to quickly put together a compelling deal quickly and easily via email/phone, and then we simply dropped in, signed, and drove the car home. I don't know what else to say, because it was just that pleasant and easy.

Do not use this place. I took a collectible Porsche 911 Turbo to them for minor paint work on the…read morefront bumper, and paint repair on the cowl. They had my car for 7 weeks.The bumper was painted so poorly that I asked Jim to correct the issues and he said"the only way to do it correctly is to strip the bumper of all the paint" So I guess a half a## job it the default for his shop. They removed the windshield and cut the antenna wire. Then put it back it back in the car. Guess what the radio didn't work after that. So they said they would fix it as it was there fault. They then BROKE the windshield and told me they will not pay for it. So after 7 weeks of all of this and one promise after another. I just told them Im picking up the car. He pushed it outside in the weather with nothing over the open windshield, and put all the trim parts on the leather seats.He also put the rest of the parts on the sidewalk. I now have a rip in the seat, a unpainted bumper, and a broken windshield. On a car worth $130,000. I was told by him to F-off and take my car. I asked him to please pay for the windshield. He then said F-you where is your contract I never agreed to work on this car, This is a outright LIE Please be carfull Jim ripped me off, and has VERY bad business practices.He is a well known alcoholic and substance abuser this may have taken its toll on him
