I called days ago to make an appointment for a headlight out. I just wanted it done at the closest place but not A and B Kia. so went to Monroe. asked if they would have my headlight in stock so I wouldn't have to wait around the extra few hours and they said they did. I parked here I always do / was told to repark ? was then told they didn't have headlight in stock and they'd have to order it. :| they literally said they had it in stock. before I've come here to get a tire changed and the other one had a hole that needed fixed. left with one tire changed and one still flat. save your time and money go to moundsville shop Laymans. it's gonna be about half the price too. I'll never come back to Monroe's. workers are just over all rude. read more

We were on our way to Washington DC from Ohio when we noticed one of our tires was losing air. We called a couple places who couldn't help us, but Scott the manager from Monro said to stop by, even though they were about to close. Once we got there, he quickly plugged the puncture for us and sent us on our way, without charging us a penny! I traveled to Wheeling, WV for a college visit for my nephew on literally a "wing and a prayer". My brakes were completely gone! Only thing that got us there safely was God. LOL! Once we got there we knew that we would not be able to make it back to MD without getting them replaced. I went to my tried and true friend, Yelp and saw a great review for Monro Muffler. I gave them a call and they said to bring my truck in to look at it. So, I take it in and 45 minutes later I was back on the road with new front brakes and rotors.
