Dr. Viechnicki is has probably the greatest bed side manner of any doctor I've ever met in my entire life hands down! I'm not sure how he always manages to be so unimaginably calm and gentle and reassuring, but he never fails. He explains all the procedures in detail at every visit and is more than happy to answer any questions. My son absolutely adores him and appreciates the fact that he always tells him what's going on during the adjustments and prepares him when he might do something that might hurt. Kayleigh at the front desk is incredible as well and worked extra hard to make sure I am getting the most from my insurance. She is always friendly and helpful and was incredibly accommodating the one time I needed to come in for an unscheduled appointment to fix a brace that had come loose. There are also fun little touches that the staff does like "coins" earned for each appointment, "guess the # of candy" contests and meticulously writing up each kid's name on the front board during their birthday month.
