He must be out to lunch when she's running her mouth, There is nothing professional about Lynn. The girl before her was a class act! One time the receptionist called me, while I was in the hospital a few months ago. I told her that I'd just found out I had Cancer; she only cared about my outstanding balance. I have been a patient of his for over a year. When I first came in I had a partial upper denture but he suggested that he pull out the six front teeth I had remaining and that he would make me a permanent denture. I had so much trouble with my teeth, in the last few years, and I trusted him so I agreed to allow him to do the surgery, removing the 6 teeth, and make the dentures. He is the only dentist, that I know, that doesn't have Nitrous Oxide, especially for extractions. He put in a temporary denture until the permanent one was completed. I believe he charged me over $5000. I had no idea how much the shape of my mouth would change due to the loss of bone density.I did ask him if the frown lines around my lips were from the dentures and he said they were not and I also told him that I had several sores in my mouth, all of the time, because the dentures were too big! He said that was an infection unrelated to the denture. In July of 2020, I went back to the dentist to have the dentures realigned so they could fit properly, The receptionist did not care about all of the troubles I was experiencing, she only cared about the 750.00 balance. I told her that I would pay 250,00 a month and she wrote a contract which I signed. A few months later I noticed that the money wasn't being taken out of my account. She denies ever having a contract with me and she kept telling me that my account was going into collections. That did not bother me at all because I didn't tell her that I would be suing his office for a full refund because the dentures still did not fit. During these last few months, I went to a dental surgeon and he said my dentures were horrible and he guessed that they were 10 years old. He said that he would be willing to testify in court or write a letter. I also told him that 3-4 times I asked the receptionist to have the Dr. call me but he never did ; Is he a coward or was he misled? Today, I received a letter stating that he needs to part ways with our Dr. patient relationship, The bill was enclosed and an extra 80.00 dollars was added for missing two appointments with the dental hygienist. That is an out right lie. I have never had an appointment with her. Yes, there were times that I had to cancel my appointment and, in the past year, I had been sick many times and now I just found out it was because I've been suffering with Cancer, This is a medical practice. If my dentures didn't fit in July 2020 what would you do, Dr. Horowitz, to improve the quality. Do you know what you have done to my self esteem? I can't eat any meat, anything hard, and I can't kiss without my teeth falling out. This is a disgrace! Then I have a crazy receptionist threatening collections! On the next day, I was called by someone asking me if I could come in at 2 o'clock. Initially I said yes, but then I thought about how rude your receptionist would be to me and I realized that the only reason they wanted me in the office was to pay my bill. Why didn't the dentist call me? What is wrong with him making patient calls. I don't need to speak to a non- medical staff member who threatens me. Our patient - Dr. relationship was already over. I am looking for a full refund for the damage you have done to my mouth. Why couldn't you return my calls, are you afraid that I will confront your incompetencies and ask for a solid and honest answer? Missing appointments with you has nothing to do with the reason that my dentures don't fit. I did ask you that question in July 2020 when I came in for my appointment. You told me you realigned the denture and to apply Fixodent as an adhesive; that didn't work; the dentures continue to fall out. I guess all the matters is the money, not the service. I am not sure why you would have the receptionist, that should develop a rapport with the patients, be the one that makes the phone calls for collection of money. I don't believe that's a good practice. I know that in the past people have taken advantage of your good nature and have never paid their bill but I am not one of those people. This is why I wanted to talk to you in person or on the phone but for some reason you would not give me that courtesy. My next move will be to write a review on other social media sites and then I will report this to the NJ Department of Dentistry. I

I was very impressed by the amount of compassion and time he took in order to explain everything so that I made a better decision. The front office was very pleasant and upon me telling them that I had some discomfort they immediately scheduled me without giving me difficulties. They processed my paperwork online and made it a breeze. For the extraction they referred me to Warren oral surgery and I had a unpleasant experience with the front staff at Warren Oral surgery The staff at Oral surgery made it difficult for me to make an appointment and after the appointment I requested the doctor called me with some information and I never got a callback.

The nitrous oxide (laughing gas) made it a lot of fun I mean where else can you get a medically monitored high with no guilt (I'm just joking of course it was used on me for anxiety obviously)? The nitrous oxide AKA NO2 is $75option and they will try and put it through on your insurance. How could they charge so much you ask, because it feels awesome and everyone knows it (better than weed by far in my opinion), plus it makes a miserable procedure go from virtually unbearable to virtually unnoticeable. As far as the professionalism of the office they get top marks. With regards to the doctor that I saw whose name is escaping me right now, he's all business and really knows root canal. They're not just dentists their endodontist which is kind of like a dentist "on steroids" (I hate that expression, I couldn't think of anything better at the moment). Believe it or not the dentist that sent me there "didn't feel comfortable doing root canal it on the molars", I found that kind of strange because I went to a professional, a dentist(!). Apparently this is pretty normal and this is why Endodontists exist. In fact given the skill level I would say go to an endodontist for any root canal, period. The last time I had root canal it was by a regular dentist and you could tell with certain parts of it he was having some issues. So far the tooth is fine, roughly a year later, but you can definitely tell that the extra three years of schooling (fellowship) that the specialists/Endodontists go through teall

1### I had a very disappointing experience at this dental…read moreoffice. After completing the initial exams and cleaning, the dentist refused to continue treatment, stating that they felt "nervous" performing certain procedures. This left me confused and concerned about their level of professionalism and experience. I spoke with the office manager, Eily, who said she would follow up with me, but I never received a response. The dentist, Dr. Sagar S. Patel, came across as dismissive, and overall it felt like the office prioritized convenience over patient care. To make matters worse, the only treatment that was performed failed the same day, which further reduced my confidence in the quality of care provided. A week later, I visited another dental office where the dentist was professional, patient, and completed the treatment properly without any issues. The difference in care was very noticeable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice. ---------------------------------------- That's the answer back from the dentist office from. Bridgewater Family Dental (Owner) a week ago Thank you for your review. We take feedback seriously, but we strongly disagree with the claims made here. Clinical decisions in our office are based on professional judgment, patient safety, and established standards of care. When a provider determines they are not the appropriate clinician to proceed with a specific treatment, that decision reflects responsibility--not inexperience or unprofessionalism. Presenting it otherwise is misleading. We also do not accept the characterization of our team as rude or motivated by anything other than patient care. These statements do not reflect the standards we uphold or the experience of the vast majority of our patients Due to patient privacy regulations, we cannot discuss specific details of your visit in a public forum because you INTENTIONALLY left major key points out on what actually happened in your review. ___________________________________ and that's my response too the answer from the office. 2### Thank you for your response, Bridgewater Family Dental (Owner) To my review on google. It's embarrassing too answer back too my reviews with you answer. but anyway it does not address the actual concerns raised in my review. Labeling your decision as "clinical judgment" does not excuse the way this situation was handled. I was accepted as a patient, evaluated, and treated -- only to then be told the dentist felt "nervous" continuing. That is not a reassuring or professional explanation, and it raises legitimate concerns about competency and case handling. If patient safety were truly the priority, there should have been clear communication, a proper referral at the time, and timely follow-up. None of that happened. I was explicitly told I would receive a follow-up from your office manager, and that never occurred. Accusing me of "intentionally leaving out key details" is inappropriate and dismissive. I shared my experience as it happened. Attempting to discredit a patient rather than address the substance of the complaint reflects poorly on your practice. Most notably, another dentist was able to complete the same treatment without hesitation or complication shortly afterward. That contrast speaks for itself. Patients are entitled to professionalism, transparency, and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience with your office did not reflect those standards. ---------------------------------------- 3### Updating my review after completing my treatment at another dental office. The procedure that was declined at this office was completed without issue elsewhere, which raises serious concerns about how my case was handled here. My experience included being told the dentist felt "nervous" to proceed, a treatment that failed the same day, and no follow-up despite being told I would be contacted. These are factual events from my visit. The response from the office focused on disputing my experience rather than addressing these concerns, which reflects the same lack of accountability I encountered in person. After receiving care from a professional and capable dentist, the difference in communication, confidence, and overall quality was clear. Based on my full experience, I stand by my review and would not recommend this office. The last picture shown all my plan got done from the new professional beautiful dentist office I use . Good blessings all doctors Care about humans life. And I hope anybody work in this career just for making money and doesn't care about humans life get what deserve. Again it's shame, shame, shame for this office/ Bridgewater family dental. Located in Bridgewater New Jersey.

This office is really terrible, horrible. There is no (or 0) star option, so I have to rate it one…read morestar. I had my root canal here about 1.5 years ago. About 2 months ago, another dentist noticed the issue came back so he advised me to come back to see Dr. Tracey to have re-treatment. The I started to make appointment with this office - i called the office every Tuesday for the past 4 Tuesdays, still just called yesterday and left a message - then never check the messages and never call you back, so you have to call them again and again in order to speak with them. The first time when I spoke with the receptionist, they would arrange a "consulting session", and then I said NO since (1) the insurance would not cover consulting, and I already had one consulting session with them before the root canal; (2) this is "re-treatment" or follow up, apparently the consulting is NOT needed, which can only delay the re-treatment and charge patient more. Then the receptionist(s) said they need to talk to Dr. Tracey and/or insurance and give me a call back. What happened next is: I kept calling every Tuesday (since Dr. is in office only on Tuesdays) for the past 4 Tuesdays, and every day multiple calls and left messages. They promised to give me call back yesterday, they never did even though I left them a message. This is really horrible/terrible experience. Never come back to this office again. I actually had an implant recently with an oral surgeon: only one call and one visit and they did everything within 2 hours including extraction and implant - but this is with another dental office, so great experience elsewhere, but terrible here.
