When you call you receive a pre-recorded message stating "the user's mailbox is not available at this time." When you fill our Rich's contact form, they don't call you back. Their car wash does a wonderful job cleaning your car but I am at a loss tying to get a refund for a car wash plan that I am not able to use.

I believe because they have poor supervision. The employees who try to do a good job get frustrated with no support. Most are poorly trained so they do a poor job such as roughly wiping off your windshield like they are mad at you or someone at the facility. They are not careful like they were when I first joined.
