Their car wash does a wonderful job cleaning your car but I am at a loss tying to get a refund for a car wash plan that I am not able to use.

I believe because they have poor supervision. The employees who try to do a good job get frustrated with no support. Most are poorly trained so they do a poor job such as roughly wiping off your windshield like they are mad at you or someone at the facility. They are not careful like they were when I first joined. If another facilitly opened in Dublin, Georgia I would leave this facility. If you ask a question from most employees they don't know because it appears they have not been trained properly.
