My 82 year old mom quite frankly did not understand why the company installed a 3 zone system on a 4 zone irrigation sprinkler system already in the ground. Not surprisingly, an entire sprinkler zone was not working. The owner Jake returned the phone call and immediately started yelling, and screaming like an unhinged lunatic. Instead of trying to understand what information I was asking for he started screaming and using foul language. It was a rather frightening experience on the telephone, and Jake the owner seemed to lack any control over his anger. I've read some of the glowing recommendations from other people and it makes me wonder if maybe he's normal when everything goes his way but when confronted with potential problems who knows what this explosive guy is capable of.

I had Matt B (Nephew of Jim - Owner) at my home yesterday to service our 8 zone system as our Rain Bird System had an error code. He came out assessed we had a dead solenoid, as well as some heads that required service, and a necessary new pipe and irrigation installation. His initial estimate was on the high end but he later explained to me that it was secondary to potential increase in time (charge by hour), should they encounter tree roots, etc. Made sense to me. The eventual price was quite competitive. I had already written a check for the high end estimate, and gave it to him. When he finished the job, he actually handed it back to me telling me the bill would be ~ $100 less! He could have totally kept the extra money and I would not have known differently. Talk about fairness and honesty! To say we are thrilled with this company is an understatement. Thank you Agape!

So $70 wasted, but it will at least kill other weeds, probably. I REALLY loved going here when they gave a child a free plant, $25 years ago or so. The place is still lovely, even lovelier with the peaceful friendly animals looking at me. Nice ponds, places to sit. They sell pallets of St. Augustine sod, & can deliver it to your home. Right now though, because of the freeze, they only have 1 type of St. Augustine. SUPER FRIENDLY employees. You can spend many hours there exploring if you want to.
