He graded our dirt driveway, topped it with crushed shell and compacted it. He also leveled our front walkway, bringing in fill were it was needed, then topping it with compacted crushed concrete fines. We can opt for further treatment of the walkway, with some pea gravel our stepping stones, but he said it should be suitable to leave it as is. I kind of like the rustic, beachy look! It suits the property. Not the least of which was the service he provided to fill, level and compact the area where we wanted to install our new stepping stone patio. His prep work made our DIY installation a breeze. When we were finished, he came back and compacted the patio so we could finish the job with polymeric sand. To top everything off, he helped us rehang our huge stag horn fern that has been sitting on the ground since Hurricane Milton blew it out of the tree in October of 2024. Ryan's a really nice guy, a local Chuluotan, very professional and very skilled. I have used this company before, so they were my go to company when my 30' Norfolk Pine died over…read morethe winter this year. From the first phone call to the tree removal was less than 5 days! My home is a rental property and Dave remembered me from the previous work he did. He really looked after my interests and sent me photos from the initial walk, right through the day of work. Dave came out within about 2 hours of my first phone call on Monday, sent me pics of all everything I needed done. I needed the Pine removed, and my other trees trimmed as the limbs were all growing onto the roof. I received photos along the way, the team is professional, they use professional equipment, and sent me the document I needed for the HOA to take the tree down as an emergency. As they have arborist's on staff the letter is acceptable to the state for the emergency removal requirements. Dave and his crew are really great, really friendly! Office is great as well.
