Kunal and his staff are awesome. I've purchased two slightly used printers for my office and my home office. They were a great deal and Kunal personally came and installed them. If I have a question I can always reach him and he walks me through it. Not a problem with the machines just help with a function. These machines are light years ahead of anything I'd get from Office Depot or Costco plus being able to reach a live human being that knows his stuff and is willing to help is invaluable. Always very polite and helpful. You can tell them the type of printer you have and they help you find the right fit. They don't refill the cartridges. They provide generic cartridges that match your printer. Also HALF THE PRICE! I pay about $6-$7 for cyan,magenta, & yellow. Black if I remember correctly is about $12. They last a while and I use them often for preschool packets and PTA projects. Also... they are located in the back of the shopping center. They're a little hidden if you're not familiar with the area. read more

I have a legal business and print a ton. I actually ran into the owner while skiing in Big Bear. Well, my kids were skiing, we were at the lodge! I have to say that I absolutely hate the entire concept of buying ink for a printer. The manufacturers of these printers have scammed us all into accepting it...
