These guys are AMAZING! I've never felt so passionate about framing before, but man, I'm really fired up about framing now. I found a painting quite literally yesterday, brought it in immediately after, and within 24 hours I've got a fully framed beauty ready to hang on the wall. First off, the selection of frames is amazing - and there was absolutely no upselling involved. Dory helped find the perfect frame for my (pretty gigantic) painting, and it was about 1/3rd of the cost that I was anticipating for a work of this size. Dory asked me if I had any deadline and I told her I didn't, but that I also am not the most patient person so sooner is always appreciated. I did NOT expect that sooner meant the very next day. Today I picked it up, it was wrapped carefully and in perfect condition. I gotta find more stuff to frame at this rate, these folks are just that good. I talked to the owner. He's been doing it for 40 years so he knows what he's talking about. He has his new women that can do collages and 3-D and all that stuff he has all that high tech stuff for wedding funerals and everything and I looked at their matting and they're really all computerized so there's no overcut and they build really good frames. I want to give them a call out. Also I needed this little part to hang up some mirrors and they were super nice about it. They did it. They didn't charge me much and they had it in stock. A quick google search led me to this place and I was a bit overwhelmed with the sheer amount of options they had on their shelves and walls. Jill was kind to walk me through their process of how to start: whether selecting a frame off of their wall or placing a custom order. They were super transparent on their pricing and process, and were very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I had. Whoever took my call at 1:36 pm was the rudest person I have ever had with call so far. I was asking for frame size and I needed help and whoever she was, she was very rude and unhelpful, I'm glad I didn't end up buying any frames, this person lost this business easily $300 read more

I called Ben a few months ago and he quoted me $36 for a glass cut. I came in today and the lady said the price now is in the $200s. I asked to speak to the owner and she repeatedly told me he told said to run it as an oval cut, rather than allowing me to just wait and see if the owner could help. I understand a price jump of $10-20 but a $100 is just odd. She told me Ben is not their frame person, rather a digital person. Ben also couldn't decipher where he was able to price the frame. Overall I feel I was baited and switched after driving an hour. Very odd experience Edit: the other places I went to couldn't do it because they don't sell or cut glass. I am a framing/glass expert and just assumed all frame places also cut glass. read more

I'm giving you 3 stars because I want the owners to see this. The work is great but what I saw when i picked up my last order was unacceptable. Jill is fantastic and has helped me frame some prints. She has a great eye for framing and I cherish her opinions. When I last picked up a couple prints that I had been waiting for I was greeted by Jill. Jill was looking for a new piece that I had brought in and asked another woman working there if she knew where it was. This woman was very rude and demeaning towards Jill. This is my go-to frame shop! I can take just about anything there and they will tell me the best method of framing, which glass they recommend and will even offer suggestions for matting styles and widths. They are so friendly and helpful! My most recent item for framing was a signed collectible magazine that my son had so we had it framed for his birthday. They had to figure out the best way to mount the magazine (*I forgot to mention, the magazine was cut in half - I'm not sure why - ??). They recommended that we use special glass to protect it from the UV light and we just got a simple black frame and mat. It turned out amazing!! They usually aren't the cheapest, but I'm a big believer in 'you get what you pay for'!! My son was really pleased with how it turned out!!!! How ever there were small things that they weren't willing to do like place the artwork in the frame.. which resulted in a very painstaking hanging process .. again they did great work, but they did not go the extra mile.. and it was disappointing considering I spent close to 300 dollars on the frame ... I never knew there was a place that JUST SOLD FRAMES. I thought it was super fascinating going in. They frame whatever you need framed for you professionally. They give you little hooks and nails to hang them thereafter too. I can never go back to framing things myself after seeing how they frame things.
