We rent water slides every year from Jump for Fun for the past 3 years. I never knew how great they are until after our problem with the owner of Monster Fun Jumps. Unfortunately I waited until the last minute this year, and the slide that we wanted was unavailable. Due to pricing, I chose to rent from Monster Fun Jumps in Livermore. This turned out to be a terrible mistake. The owner is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. When he delivered the slide, he actually pretended not to be the owner, but just someone who worked there. This way he did not have to answer any of our questions. He then started to order my husband around to get an extension cord, get the hose, and get one of our own tarps. Of course my husband spoke up about his attitude and unpreparedness, and he said "hey I just work here." But the fun begins at the end of my 4 year olds party. About an hour after he left my husband decided that the slide was not in the safest spot because we could not see the kids entering and exiting, so he moved it to a safer spot. The kids then had a blast on the slide, and the parents could sit and talk now that we could see our kids from where we sat. So this man arrives to pick up the slide almost an hour before our end time on the agreement. He came through the back (locked) gate where many of the kids were still sliding. My husband and I were both inside the house. He came through our back slider into our house and found my husband and began to yell at him for moving the slide in front of all of our guests. My husband then excused himself from the party and went outside to privately talk with this man. My husband asked him to leave and come back at our agreed time- 7pm. At 7pm this guy comes back into our house with police escorts. Three police vehicles came to our back yard, 4 year old, birthday party. Not only did we have to explain to our own kids what was happening, but all of our guests had to talk with their kids too. I still am not sure why it so terrible that we moved the slide. There was absolutely no damage, and we actually just rotated it in the same area. This guy is disgusting, he trespassed into our home, disrespected my husband in front of many people, and ruined our 4 year olds party. Especially during these times we are in, customer service should be held high. There are many other much more well deserving companies to rent from. read more

First of all, we all know Mark Camarota gets his friends and anyone else to leave 5 Star reviews here; it's so ridiculous. This guy is a ticking time bomb. He's a liar. He's a thief. And he has a temper, a violent one. We rented from him, but then cancelled after learning about his reputation. He wouldn't give us our deposit back and was really aggressive with his words. But here's where he really shone: He showed up at our house on the day of our son's party, drunk, and started harassing and yelling at our friends and family with no regard for the children that were there. It got bad, fast. We called the police, and they were there pretty quickly. We wanted to press charges, but after about 10 minutes, the police just let him leave. They told us he said he was there to give us our deposit back, but he was threatened by a few of the men there for no reason. Obviously, that's not at all how it happened. In the end, we decided to have a good time at our party and brush this guy off. From what we know of him, he went home and drank it off, so we decided not to even follow up with the police and complain. It would be like poking the bear. And to top it off, he has done similar things AFTER he did this to us. Never did get that deposit back, lol. My daughter is part of a Daisy troop and the end-of-the-summer event was a waterslide at our house. 14 girls had an absolute blast going down the dual slide. I don't think its the biggest one they have...but it is a good time. These kids played for hours and totally wore themselves out. We've had slides and jumpy houses for years from Monster Fun Jumps. The equipment is great - always clean and in good shape. They seem to get new equipment...so as our kids have gone from 4 to 9 yrs old...there is always a jumpy or slide that has the right theme that they want. The guys always come on time, are super-friendly and personable, setup the equipment with care, and do the same when they leave. It's a good time and a fun kid's party idea. read more

Mark and Marco were great. They were fun, personable and thorough with the contract, setup and tear down. Even despite a pretty raining day, they were in good spirits and were clearly having fun. We used the standard jump house, but I think the 5 in 1 Monster play house is in our future. The jump house was clean, in great shape and has customizable 'themes' -- in the form of signage on the house itself. I think I was most appreciative at how easy it was -- we all know how crazy it can get organizing a young child's party. One minute empty lawn, next minute, instant fun house....I didn't even have to push the button. Thanks MFJ! PS. Who knew you could get "vomit insurance" -- only $5? To any and all customers that think of using Monster Fun Jumps. A year and a half after I posted my first review the owner Mark C. Called my house threatening to sue me for writing my review for "someone" copy and pasted my review onto another companies site. I wrote the honest truth about this crazy individual and I would stand behind every word I wrote. I had to finally call the police and inform them of the hostile and crazy behavior of Mark C the owner of Monster Fun Jumps. Our Homeowner's Association (Danville Ranch/California Chateau) has been using Monster Fun Jumps for almost 10 years for ALL of our HOA parties. Every Easter and Halloween we book him ahead of time for the next year. Mark ALWAYS shows up on time, has great, clean, sanitary equipment and is very punctional when it comes time to pick things up. At Easter we always get 2 bounce houses, and on Halloween we also get his hot dog machine, cotton candy maker and other things we need. MONSTER & MARK are AWESOME! We recommend them very highly. Monster Fun Jumps is my "go to" website when I am planning a party. I use their jumpy houses and water slides on average 3-4 times a year. We just rented the alligator obstacle course for our school's field day! It was a huge success! I've also rented the bubble machine, hot dog machine, and snow cone machine. Mark always calls to confirm the day before, arrives early and picks up the item on time. One year we did a carnival theme. Mark showed up a few hours early to drop off the jumpy. Mark and Marco made the party great from the moment they rang the doorbell...my son answered the door and Mark said, "We're your waterslide guys!!!". It got my son so excited he ran to get his bathing suit on immediately! They were so energetic and friendly...great to work with. They demonstrated concern for our landscaping/grass. They had a really busy Sat, so ended up bringing our jump house the night before which gave the kids additional jump time!
