It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!

The prices are fair, their communication is very clear, and their delivery and pick up is as punctual as it can be. The best lead up and follow through of any of our vendors (some who don't show up until the event's about to begin). I wish we had more times throughout the year where we could bring them business, but our budget is pretty limited as a PTA. Our favorite items to rent include the three or four item inflatable games, the inflatable dry slides, and soccer darts. Bouncy houses are hard with so many kids, so we avoid them. There were a few places that responded to my request. Rachel from Sparkle was the most responsive to all my questions. We started corresponding on Wednesday and my event was the following Monday. By Friday we were ready to go. 2 popcorn machines and enough supplies (kernals and bags) for 200 people. She delivered the machines by 8:30AM when my contract didn't have a start time until 9AM. She knew I was concerned I wouldn't know how to run a popcorn machine. I am always a concerned when I am using other people's money makers..lol...I don't want to mess it up. Anyhow, she was thorough in her directions. Even left me a printed instructions sheet to refer to. The popcorn was the highlight of the training. Impressing 200+ attorney's is quite a feat by the way, and the popcorn did it..lol! Thank you Sparkle for your professionalism, your promptness and your patience. There was a little back and forth there for a minute but Rachel never made me feel like I was a bother. She always responded to me in a timely manner and made everything go seamlessly.
