While we wanted our stuff gone, we didn't want to be gouged so a price up front was important to us. We arranged the whole appointment via email and Steve and Alan showed up on time and ready to go. They were thoroughly professional and friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure we were completely happy before they left. They also managed to fit an entire one bedroom apartments worth of furniture into a cube van, which was a feat in itself. I would thoroughly recommend Junkfree to anyone requiring junk removal services. Although they are based in Hamilton, they serve the GTA. It's also good to know that the furniture they take away is evaluated and given to charity or reused wherever possible. Knocking off a star because they did leave a lot of damage to the trim of multiple doorways. They warned us they would be a knick but I didn't realize the extent of the damage that would be done so I wish there had been a little more communication. The damage repairs ended up costing us hundreds of dollars, so I wish had been presented options, rather than them pushing to get the job done. I also didn't appreciate them stepping on our rug with their shoes and smoking on our front lawn (and leaving the trash from it there too).
