Glow in the dark mini golf area

Brought our grandson here on a day off from school. The indoor golf was great with the weather outside not so great. Had a GREAT time. We also had him playing in the arcade.... 3 hours flew by. The staff was wonderful and helpful as well. Overall, a awesome afternoon with our grandson, who is 12 years old. Right off Earnest Barrett Parkway near 585.

Ok this was so much fun. I love putting putt but the idea of mini golf INSIDE, under black lights, and with lots of creepy characters and monsters? Sign me up. It was perfect for a pre-Halloween outing with friends. The course definitely shows some signs of wear but it was still challenging and fun. We did the package with a $10 arcade gift card, so after we were done golfing, we played some arcade games. I racked up enough points to get some free candy (definitely not $10 worth haha) but it was a lot of fun.

So much fun!!! Bring the whole family! My kids were so happy! They're obsessed with Halloween and animatronics, so this was the perfect indoor activity for them. Exceptional service! All the staff there were amazing! We got the combo package which included the mini golf, $10 arcade game cards each, and 1 game of virtual reality. The arcade games were mostly $1 per game. We ended up with over 600 tickets by the time we left. I forgot we had the 1 virtual reality game each and didn't do it. We will be back :)

This was a great cheap date night for me and my husband. The course is set up as a continuous line with the tee off right up next to the last hole. It would work just fine if they aren't busy. We got unlucky to be behind a family of five and it backed up everyone behind them. There wasn't a lot of space to wait so it was a little frustrating to try to stay out of everyone's way that was able to play their holes. We loved that the play card was digital. The arcade was a little lacking in games, not that many at all. Games do give an abundance of tickets for the most part, and the prizes are typical but reasonable ticket costs. We had a great time, just wish there would have been a little more to it.

Had initially wanted to save this spot until little close to Halloween time but as we were trying to find something indoors to hide from the heat, we came to experience this place early and had a great time. Monster Mini Golf is in a huge shopping plaza, their store sign is a bit hard to find as I'm assuming it glows in the dark?, but during the day it was hard to make out the name. When you enter, to my surprise, there was a good number of arcade games along with mini golf area. I would say it had about a third of what Dave and Busters has and saw that it also had couple party rooms that it would be a ideal location for bday parties for your kiddos. For mini golf, it was around $8 per person, which I thought was super reasonable as it had a fun theme with more than your simple course to keep the game interesting. There was 2 rules that the staff asks you to follow, which was to let each person finish their turn(making it in to the hole) before letting others play (within your own group) and only up to 5 swings per hole. This is so that it won't back up the groups behind you. Luckily we had a large group behind us and didn't have to worry about rushing at all. The course was pretty fun looking at all the monster theme props to fun music, and little obstacles and challenges on each hole. Definitely a fun group activity, date night, and kids activity.

Although it's a little bit of a trick for me I really wanted to do something different for a change so I saw that there was glow in the dark mini golf! The first time I went was when my son was visiting from out of town and we were looking for something family-ish to do. Had a blast so whenever I have a visitor from out of town it's one of the places I drag them to. Lot of fun and you don't have to be good at miniature golf. The course can be a little bit hard but it is a blast. Was just there Memorial weekend for something to do. No Reservations just walk in and have fun fun. By the way there's also an arcade in there for people that want to play air hockey and all the other games

However, at the latest birthday party my child attended here it became obvious that the staff member hosting the group should not be working with children. She was repeatedly rude and unhelpful when my son asked questions or needed assistance, including when his helmet became stuck. She was so aggressive and unprofessional that she made him uncomfortable to the point where he didn't feel safe asking for water. I ultimately had to pick him up early. It was overcrowded with people colliding in the arcade area. Many arcade machines were broken, some of the laser tag blasters are broken, there were multiple police cars outside the entrance at the time. the environment did not feel well-managed or family-friendly. After that, we caught on quickly and had a blast. We were able to walk in with almost no wait, and anytime we needed a room it was less than 2 minutes. The concept is very interactive and fun--60 minutes was the perfect amount of time to explore without feeling rushed or burned out. Lockers with keys were provided, which was convenient. I understand why drinks may not be available inside given the tech and setup, but that's the only small improvement I'd note. I had an idea of what this place, but wasn't exactly sure what it all entailed. We walked in and were greeted by a large shelf or should I say shelves of a bunch of different board and card games. We walked to the register and told them we wanted to play some board/card games. I believe it was $7 per hour and then $35 for everything else. Everything else means all the video/electronic games. Think PS5, Switch, PC, Xbox. It was sooooo cool seeing everyone play all the different games. There were bigger groups, couples, people by themselves. It's truly a place where anyone can go and have a good time! We got some drinks (they have a really cool cocktail menu). They do have a food menu too, but we just came from dinner, so we only got drinks. Our service wasn't the best though. It took forever for someone to come and check on us, and no one came to fill our water the entire time we were there. Service could definitely be a lot better! Battle & Brew is in a shopping center, so there is plenty of parking. It's also pretty big too, so there is plenty of seating inside. I would definitely come back here in the future and play some of the video games, as I love to play some Nintendo Switch!

They told us that we would have to show up and just wait to be seated... fine. No big deal, again we are a large group coming in HOT on the weekend... I get it. We call ahead again, closer to the time we were planning to arrive to double check. THIS TIME they said they could reserve us a space and that it wouldn't be a problem. We get there and everything is seemingly fine. The vibes are good and the waiters are taking orders diligently. We understand that this is a huge group (16 of us) and that we would have to be patient with them as they are with us. So everyone puts in there orders. First wave comes out... I noticed that all the food is cold. Not ideal but the food was good so whatever. Second wave comes out, again the food is cold and peoples orders are missing. Fine. We are a big group, it happens. 3rd wave comes and they are seemingly trying to land the plane with us, finalizing anything that may have been missed while also getting refills. One of my friends that was a part of that first wave was still waiting his burger that he ordered (he had informed them twice at this point). 45 mins later the waiter checks on us again... My friend still doesn't have his burger. Cool AGAIN this is a big group... It happens. My side of the table who got all their food are ready to play some games now. We go to the front counter and there is seemingly a good cop/bad cop routine going on. One host says we can rent a station the other says we can't unless all 16 of go to that station. I told him not everyone wants to play games so what if we just cash out now then the 4 of us that do can just play/sit at the station. "YOU CAN'T DO THAT ITS AGAINST THE POLICIES" O....kay... whatever don't take my money, I then tell him I'd like to cash out anyway. "YOU CAN'T DO THAT!" I can't pay you now? "THE TAB CAN ONLY BE SPLIT 5 WAYS" Huh? So not only was this not brought to our attention beforehand but you want to be a jerk about it? There reason was because some people run out on the bill and things get missed. Meanwhile the entire table is sitting here with their cards out ready to pay you? Not to mention if something is missed thats on YOU as you are the person entering the stuff into the system. Mind you we still have folks that were missing food or order was taken only for it to be sitting under a heat lamp. After some back and forth we paid (which they REFUSED to give us an itemized receipt) only for a smug waiter to come out with the missing deserts with creepy smile to literally say to us "I hope you enjoy it..." Nope. Not eating that. Matter fact we will never eat here again. This has been a yearly tradition for some Dreamhack attendees and I can wholeheartedly say that I'll NEVER step foot in here again more will anyone I associate with. If I could give it a 0 I would.

Flippin' Ladies Night was a blast. Amazing humans, great vibes, and enough pinball to activate my inner feral arcade goblin in the best way possible. Here's what I loved: you pay for time, not per game. Which means unlimited pinball + arcade chaos while sipping drinks from the bar, vibing to good music, and making new friends between flippers. They have a decent variety of pinball machines. They also have classic arcade games. They offer a variety of beers and snack which is nice. They also have lots of seating and stools. Stools are great because you can play while you sit which is great. Now for the bad. If you're looking for a classic arcade feel this is not the place. It's so quiet! Really all we heard was the ambient music (80s-90s hair bands which I love) but not why I'm here. Classic arcades are filled with the sounds of the games. Sadly there was little of that. Many of the video games had volume so low we couldn't hear them at all. The ones we could we had to strain to hear it. Also the upkeep of the games was not great. The terminator gun didn't work well at all, QBert was down, The Simpsons was down, dig dug was down. Star Wars was a 1-up system you can buy at Walmart and worn out, terrible experience. Many of the joy sticks were in need of maintenance as well. The Neo-Geo was not a MVS but rather a poor emulator that had color problems and terrible video tearing plus awful audio. Let's talk about the pinball machines. Most were modern machines that are still available for purchase. I saw a couple older ones but there was no information provided about the age. Overall this just okay. Many of the machines are not taken care of and this really ruins the experience for gamers.

I arrived around 4 PM with my daughter, a friend, and her four children. Before coming, I called the location around 12:30 PM to confirm their "all-you-can-play" deal ($29.99 including a $10 game card, meal, and unlimited games). I was told it was available. However, when we arrived, the front desk staff told me the deal was no longer being offered. After explaining that I had just confirmed it hours earlier, I was still dismissed. I had to call the location again, standing there, just to have someone else confirm that the deal was in fact available. Completely unacceptable and a clear lack of communication and training. That was just the beginning. We were told we'd be placed on a waitlist for bowling--even though there were multiple empty lanes in plain sight. After waiting an entire hour, I went back to the desk to ask what was going on, and suddenly a lane was "available." Interesting. When we got to the lane, there were piles of boxes stacked nearby, making it feel like we were bowling in the middle of a storage room or construction zone. Then we were told we couldn't even order food from the lane--despite menus and condiments sitting right there. Make it make sense. Before bowling, the kids played laser tag, and one of the children ended up with a bloody nose. Not a single staff member stepped in to help. Instead, a 12-year-old child was told to go to the bathroom and handle it himself. That alone was enough to question the safety and supervision at this place. We then attempted to eat at the restaurant area. We seated ourselves, were handed menus, and then completely ignored. After waiting, we had to walk up to the bar and place our own order. While standing there, I noticed a noticeable infestation of flies--at that point, I decided not to eat anything at all. Meanwhile, a new manager had come on shift and sat in a corner the entire time, while the staff--mostly teenagers--stood around on their phones, offering little to no service. The entire facility was filthy. Tables covered in leftover food, trash all over the floors, and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I don't know who is running this location, but it is being run into the ground. At this point, it needs a complete shutdown, deep cleaning, renovation, and an entirely new staff. This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Do not go here. Seriously--go anywhere else.
