Jumping World was the site of a birthday my little one was invited to attend. There were two other families having birthdays here and they sat at neighboring tables, which was fine. I compare Jumping World to Altitude, which is where I normally go in my neighborhood. Altitude in East Cobb has similar concepts but focuses on primarily jumping on one level. Jumping World, tries to do a number of additional activities including, video games, go carting, bull riding, water weasel wheeling, ninja course, and kids must navigate them on their extensive carpets. Water fountain and bathrooms are centrally located. There is a snack bar with sweets, drinks, and some fast food choices. For birthday parties the pizza was the choice. If you need your kids to release some energy this is a good local option. read more

Nice facilities, bad service. Massage chairs were broken, card refill equipment (where you put money on the cards) was broken, and some other things were broken. Worst part was being badgered constantly by the manager. We had two families and 4 kids in the group. The manager followed us around nagging the kids and parents. Such issues as - you can't push another kid on the swings, a 3 year old was admonished for pressing non functional buttons on broken equipment. We were the only people there but the manager wouldn't allow an older kid to accompany his 3 year old cousin... While some rules were posted, additional nagging activities were made up as we went along so we couldn't enjoy our time. We had to leave early. Don't recommend. If any of the nagging had merit with our well behaved kids - we recommend writing the rules down and presenting them initially instead of the constant raised voice badgering we experienced. read more

Only 8 trampolines, if you're under age 5 but over age 3 there is nothing to do. Adults have to pay for grippy socks but can't jump with their kids, unless the child is over 10. Can't give your kids a little push for some momentum on the rope swing into the foam pit. No platform to jump off of into the foam pit. No flips. Too many rules, no fun. Workers are all angry and whistle at anyone daring to have any fun. Definitley not worth the price! Will not be returning. My 4 year old was bored before an hour had passed because she kept getting in trouble for just trying to play. read more

Is Dylan Jackson still the GM? I would like to speak with him about some safety concerns I have with his on site manager giving me pushback on leaving the front door propped open. Claiming "I've been here for 10 years we always have it open", yet it has never been that way when I have been there over the past 2 years or the woman I was with has been there. Deeply concerning as this is an establishment made for children to run around, also next to a busy parking lot. The attitude and rudeness I received when I asked if we could shut the front door was absolutely shocking for the type of place it is. Brushing past me sharply saying "we can just shut it" while simultaneously waving her hand to brush me off. I don't expect the teenage staff, which is everyone, to understand the anxiety that comes with parenthood and small children, but I'd expect a manager her age, 50?, to completely understand. I came to bring my 2 year old to have a good time, but what I didn't know was I was going to receive such disrespect by the manager. Zero stars if that was a thing. By the way, your response demonstrates how narrow-minded you are as well. I'd previously stated while there I had been there for a minutes already before she knew I was trying to pay for additional time she made one horrible assumption that I didn't pay. The most upsetting playground we ever went to, my 4-year-old boy was kicked out by a worker cos the front desk forgot to give him the time sticker while he was playing dodgeball. My boy was so upset !! When I talk to the staff, she told me the worker had to do that cos the stick rule, but the problem is it's not my boy's fault, all the fault from your side! Which makes me so sad! We came to celebrate my young child's birthday on a Monday evening. This will most likely be the last time. Mostly due to the lack of supervision in the trampoline park. So much trash all over the floor. The place is large but also a free for all. Zero adults managing the space. During my visit, we weren't greeted by the young man behind the counter and he wasn't pleasant. Didn't offer or ask if we needed socks. No biggie. There was a huge group of teen boys here taking over the place. Racing down the middle of the walkway. Throwing balls across to each other without a care for any other customers. Being reckless and leaving cellphones, chargers, sneakers wherever they wanted. They took over the entire soft play area and the smaller children couldn't enjoy it. We saw many of the teen boys chat with the young man behind the front desk so it seems like they're all friends and that could possibly be why he didn't care to supervise what they were doing. Checking out the dodgeball area, foam pit and jump lanes, I noticed how worn everything is and I'm glad they're performing some renovations. The jungle gym area needs some fixing and cleaning. Jumping world can be a hit or miss. If you get there early, nothing is open besides the jumping area. If you want to ride the bull or do the go cart, they don't open until 5 pm or 6 pm. Paying for an hour is enough time for the kids to jump around. Plus, they have arcade but to pricey for my tastes. Would come back and try again buy would do evening hours. read more

This place is absolutely the worst place I've ever brought my son. The customer service is bad. If you expect to ask for something you better prepare yourself for an attitude. The video games Is Way over priced. two dollars for a small bag of skitles. The place is filthy and I'm pretty sure One of us is going to be sick at the end of the day. The claw machines has nothing in them. I mean come on put some candy and some toys in your machines. Inflation has really got this place. Doesn't look like anything is been wiped down all day. My kids and I have previously been to this location without problem, it has been about a year or so! My kids are on winter break so we popped in today to have some fun... As soon as you walk in sweaty odor hits you, but if you've ever been in a boys locker room this is some thing you can move past. The young man that was working at the front desk how does ear phones and I was talking on the phone to someone else as he was attempting to answer my questions which were not difficult but because he wasn't paying attention made it extremely hard. We proceeded to the five and under trampoline area where there was trash all over the trampolines. Not just one of the trampolines either all of them! It was disgusting. It just made me think if they cannot pick up the trash off of the trampolines what else are they not sanitizing and cleaning like they should be??? A little while later we went to the padded section for the toddlers with the slides, there was a rope bridge that the kids needed to crawl through to get up to the slides and as you can see in the pictures provided there was a section of the rope bridge that was broken and held together by duct tape in multiple places, which wasn't working. There was a large hole as a result of this. There were also multiple different places throughout the trampoline park that have I guess what you would call a trampoline patch on the trampolines. Which yes covered the holes so you wouldn't fall through to the floor, but these patches had no spring to them whatsoever so if you happen to accidentally land on one like I did you're likely to hurt yourself because you go from bouncing to not very quickly. There was quite a few staff there just sitting around, when they could have been attempting to pick up the trash scattered throughout the play place! Overall my recommendation is to keep driving...this place was horrible. read more

I took my baby to the play area designated for him and that's when I saw how filthy everything was, then, I continued to noticed more things. Let me first say the staff were all very nice and the facility was very clean when we went. The low review is due to the lack of things to do inside. The trampolines are in long lanes vs the individual squares. So for kids it's harder to bounce high enough to flip and spin. Also the foam square pit is now covered so kids no longer "sink and dig" there are only about 4 attractions the jump lanes (for all ages), an obstacle course great for kids over 9/10 and toddler play area. If you have a small kid under 5 this is probably enough but over 5 after 45 mins they probably will be ready to go unless there's enough older kids for dodgeball. read more

The employees are incredibly lazy and not attentive. It's a bunch of young people being paid to flirt, while the manager hides in the back and does nothing. None of the activities were open, and the rules are inconsistent. Speakers were playing incoherent and choppy music, which sounded like they were coming from under the trampolines. Inflatable water ride was closed, rock wall was closed, and the foam pit said "five and under" and "under 165 pounds," which honestly do not make much sense. Employees seemed to use these rules to avoid doing their job. Refunds are never given, and the customer service is honestly a joke. This place is perfect for exercise and family time. My first time here and the place was empty. More families need to go visit and enjoy each other. For a place to pay and jump, you will be fine but I absolutely do not recommend them. I reserved my party online and printed the invites from the reservation. My time was 1pm. They confirmed me a few days later for 10am and I already paid my deposit and handed out invites for 1pm. It was too hard to change it since I wasn't sure which kids from my kids classes were invited. I argued with them on the phone that since their invitations said 1pm and I already handed them out that they should honor it. They said they were over booked. I ended up grabbing small round tables and paying for guests as they came in. I was told I was not allowed to bring a cake since I was not getting a birthday booth. I was assured that I could order pizzas and it took 2.5 hours for the pizzas to arrive after I ordered and paid. It was honestly a nightmare but we made the best of it. Other parties that had booths were complaining as well asking for refunds. It was very chaotic. Again if you just want a place to jump, you will be fine but I would NOT do a birthday here. We had our son's birthday party there. I give a very average review for a few reasons. The good: the kids had fun. They have playgrounds and trampolines, and we were there at a time without a lot of other (bigger) kids. That's good, because we've been there before with bigger, unsupervised kids which made it not fun for the littles. The bad: the staff is generally clueless, including supervisors. The check-in process sucks. Handing out socks and wrist bands should be done at check-in, but it was confusing and our guests weren't directed appropriately. The girl who was responsible for the party was very nice, but she seemed new (or untrained) and disappeared often. Had to ask three times for someone to come so my son could use the roller wheel. They were not busy. We were pretty much the only group there at the time. We will likely be back for birthday parties, etc., but likely won't go otherwise or plan another party there. read more

I had my seven-year-old grandchild with me and the dodgeball area which clearly says for 5 to 10 year olds was taken over by older teenage boys who were throwing those balls at each other like crazy. There was a guy that worked there who was standing up watching them so my husband went up and said hey, that's supposed to be for 5 to 10 year olds right what's going on? and he said well if there aren't any 5 to 10 year olds then they can play. My 2 boys, 3 and 12, love it here. I love being able to have eyes on both of them at all times. The manager is absolutely wonderful. She truly cares about the safety of all the children and keeping all workers on task, which is great when you have so many children jumping their little hearts out in one place. I don't recommend this place not much to do. Almost half of the building was for toddlers and the only thing kids could use where they slightly ripped trampolines that creaked loudly when bounced on. Not a great experience the staff wasn't that helpful to be honest I'm hoping the other locations are better. The ninja course was unsafe even though it was made for four and up they had solid metal bars you had to stand on with only flimsy plastic wrapped around them very disappointed won't be going to this location again. read more

!!Parents of young toddlers beware!! You will NOT be able to assist your child through the play area. My almost 3 year old is big enough to play on the 5 and under play zone but is nervous going through at first alone. I was going through with him a few times until he learned the ropes. As I did this, what I can assume was their manager came with a whistle and RUDELY scolded me like I was a large child. And I quote "you are too big to be in here! This is for 5 and under." As I clarified I was assisting my child, she again RUDELY told me he can then go to the 3 and under area. We were with a large group and to my not so surprise, 3 other adults had their own run in with her for various reasons. If you want to pay to be treated like a child, then this is the place for you. The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars is my child did have fun overall, but there are better options for indoor play areas for kids that are cleaner and actually respect their paying customers. The reason I would possibly recommend this company is because we showed up on a Sunday at 11 AM shortly after they opened and the floor was still a Littered with cookies and wrappers from the previous day as well as the bathroom floors were sticky and most of the urinals were not flushed and contained feces in them. We were blown away by our hostess, Stephanie, at our daughter's birthday party. We had never even visited before, but decided to book her party there online. I didn't even call to check on things or confirm beforehand. We just walked in and Stephanie was holding a Happy Birthday sign with our daughter' name on it. I will never again go through the stress of hosting a party at my house. Be aware that there separate areas for different age groups. This is great if there are both very young children as well as older ones in your family. This place is fun for all ages, but mostly kids and teens lol. I bring my grandson here and for a hour or two he in heaven until i tell him , time is up. They added a few new things to this location which definitely make the kid in me come out . With the addition of the Arcade this has become one of the best outings for kids. The price is different during the week than weekends, but during the summer that will come in handy for things to do during the week. Now I understand there are rules, but the last thing I want to see when approaching a business in "NO" signs. Denim? Hum? Ok, rant over. This place is really cool! You are surrounded by jumping areas throughout. You need to know that if you have a child under 11 they will not be able to jump in certain areas. There is a concession area to purchase food. There are also lots of comfy seating for parents wearing DENIM who can't get their jump on :-( Prices are decent at $11.00 per hour. As a trampoline park, this place should be so much cleaner. There's stains everywhere, the trampolines are lowkey brown in color, there's caution tape where areas are closed off, bandaids/trash stuck to things, the water for a certain activity has brown matter in it, hard plastic beads on the dodgeball trampoline that hit someone in the neck while someone was jumping, and the overall place is unsanitary. They claim to have someone come in every morning and clean, but I doubt it. It's in desperate need of a deep clean. Adventure Air Sports and Skyzone are two places that are even bigger in size and seem to be in much better shape. All in all, nice staff and surprisingly clean bathrooms, but other than that, there needs to be some sort deep clean more often than once. Maybe they are understaffed and don't have the right people to clean, but who knows. I just believe it could be better. read more

Jump world has great jump space for the kids to play and jump, but during this time of COVID, they will accept no responsibility if anyone gets sick. They have many caution signs outside the door but they are not doing their part to reduce the spread. They don't require anyone to wear a mask, there is no constant cleaning going on in the building while adults and children are NOT wearing a masks. No one performs temperature checks. The only ones wearing a mask are the employees. The bathrooms were not clean and we arrived 1.5 hours after opening. I just wanted to confirm that every bad review about this place is 100% accurate and this place will disappoint you greatly. The manager or rude old lady ( Tiffany ) will lie to you and tell you that the reviews are wrong and the reviewers where the issue just like she told me when I checked the place out for my son's birthday. We ended up having a big birthday here with two booths and 30 jumpers so I had two pay for a 20 person plus a 10 person to fit everyone, but before we could even attend our reservation I was called to go over the details of both parties. They explained that they had combined both the party bookings into one and when they did, not all of my extra add ons transferred so I explain what we originally had and they explained that it would be taken care of and any out standing balance would be taken care of due to their mess up and I was okay with that and then I call the day before to make sure everything was taken care of and learned that apparently I still owed money according to Tiffany ( the rude old lady ) on extra add ons and that I could either pay or they would just cancel the extras mind you that the day I arrived to look at the place to make sure it could accommodate my party we went over both party bookings and ALL add ons for both bookings and I payed the deposit before I left the front desk I asked Tiffany ( the rude old lady) to write down exactly what was left owed on both parties so that I could pay in full at a later date. Now anyone with common sense would think that the amount written on that paper would have been EVERYTHING spoken about that day left owed on the balance because that is what I asked the incompetent RUDE OLD LADY for so why then was I told that that price didn't include all of my add ons a day before my party and it was pretty much my fault that it wasn't paid and they just didn't know how else to explain it. For me it's not even about the money I ended up paying the extra and having my party my issue is that THE RUDE OLD LADY is just to incompetent to listen to a customer that already pays for a membership and paid over $900 dollars for the party and just can't admit she's wrong I'm mean if you hate your life and or your job that much go home!!!! I came here after learning that Skyzone is closed on Mondays and my nephews were in town. I looked on Groupon and they popped up. I instantly called to confirm that they were open and since they were I decided to make that drive. I must say it literally took forever coming from midtown. My nephews has a ton of fun and we were also able to get a lot of great pictures with the family. This was the easiest way to get the kids tired and have a ton of fun. Cost: The cost of the visit was $11 on Groupon and that was for both of my nephews. I thought this was a great deal. They have several Groupons available and the prices are slightly higher on weekends. Staff: The entire staff was very friendly and the manager even came from the office and took a group picture of my sisters and my nephews. They were very nice and although there weren't a lot of people working everyone was busy and pleasant. Food: If you are hungry while you are here, which you most likely will be try the nachos. Those nachos are delicious and they also have hot dogs that are delicious and Icees. I enjoyed my entire experience and only had one issue. When we first arrived we didn't know that the boys couldn't wear jeans and since they were traveling we only had one outfit. Luckily the front desk has shorts that can be rented and you can also purchase the socks as well. I will definitely be bringing my nephews back when they visit again. read more
