We recently went to Monster Mini Golf and had an awesome time. The whole place has glowing blacklight artwork, monsters everywhere, and a really fun indoor mini golf course. They also have laser tag and an arcade, so there's plenty to do. What impressed us most was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, but one moment really stood out. While we were still playing mini golf, a staff member came to find us and let us know a laser tag game was starting soon and suggested we join. If we had waited until we finished golfing, it probably would have just been our two boys in the arena. Instead they got to play with a full group, which made the game way more exciting. That extra level of customer service made a big difference. The kids had an absolute blast and we really appreciated the staff looking out for us like that. This was part of a little day adventure with my grandsons. Of course as soon as we walked in both kids had to use the bathroom before we even got started. The kids were super excited. We were greeted as soon as we arrived at the counter. The kids both got the package with a round of golf and an arcade game card. I believe it was $25.00 each child. The kids played mini glow golf first. I purchased them both glow bracelets. They had a ball playing golf. They didn't have to rush because it wasn't crowded. I recently went to a birthday party there and had a BLAST. I'm not really a mini golf fan but I had an AMAZING time playing laser tag and in the arcade. The laser tag area was a nice size. The other adults and I felt like kids again as we ran through the dimly lit space shooting each other and the kids . The arcade has a nice mix of games both kids, and kids at heart can enjoy. I can't believe I took so long to write this review. I contacted Monster Golf to have my daughter's 11th birthday party. There are only a few laser tag places in the area, so I wanted to try this location. From the beginning customer service was great. The day of the party the staff was very helpful. We had a personal assistant named, Kai, along with the Assistant Manager. From the moment we arrived, they wouldn't let me left a finger. The party room was a decent size for our party of about 25 adults and kids. It was clean, spacious, and was equipped with a TV and refrigerator. Kai and the Assistant Manager organized the all of the party attendees and played a few games before they went in to pay laser tag. Then they served everyone. I really appreciate them checking in with me to see if our group needed anything. Everyone had a blast and the parents had such kind words to say after the party. To begin with, I want to thank Christian for being overly accommodating. My son changed his mind at the last minute about where he'd like to have a birthday party. We went from having a petting zoo party to him wanting to do laser tag. How convenient lol, but with me changing everything only a week prior to our intended party date, I called MMG to make them aware of our situation. Because I couldn't book a party, they assured me that our group could come in and enjoy the venue. There were a few chairs that we occupied while there, but no tables. We purchased the trio for the kids, which included an epic laser tag battle, mini golf and $10 for the arcade. They allowed me to bring balloons(must have an anchor), and cupcakes to distribute to the kids before leaving. I was so stressed trying to ensure that there'd be enough space for all of us, but Christian and the team were so nice and helpful throughout our 2 hours there. THANKS EVERYONE! This place is great. I recently took an old friend of mine from college and her two kids here. As I recall we played 18 rounds of putt-putt golf, all indoors which was nice since it was an extremely cold day. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There are murals on the walls describing the filming of movies that were shot locally in Maryland. It made for some fascinating local history. I think completing all of the holes took an hour or two. My son just had his 8th birthday party here and I can't say enough good things about the people who work here. From the moment we checked in, we had help getting ALL the party stuff from the cart to the room. The party attendant was amazing. I haven't been to this place in like a year, but I forgot to review it. So, keep in mind that this place might have suddenly become garbage as soon as I stopped going (which is something that usually happens, my presence is just divine. I could probably make Florida into less of a dumpster fire if I went there again). Also, I don't think you can or should come here at the time that I'm reviewing this place, with the whole global pandemic thing going on. Alright, with all that out of the way, here's my review: This place is amazing. They have a claw machine that is filled with tiny little rubber ducks. These tiny little ducks are all unique and fantastic in their own ways. They range from pirate ducks to unicorn ducks to chicken ducks to abominations, and I LOVE IT! Going to that claw machine and grabbing a ludicrous amount of pointless duckies gives me a feeling of pure happiness and satisfaction, something i haven't felt since I smashed a kid in the face with a keyboard when I was 3 years old. Truly amazing. Oh, and I almost forgot, there's a mini golf thing here too. It's pretty good. But that's not why you go here. If you come here looking to play mini golf and not hoard claw machine ducks, then you're dead to me. Ten outta ten. read more

Just had my son's birthday party here and had a wonderful experience! We chose to have it here after attending a party recently that was also very enjoyable. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Anytime I would call about the party, Anyone that answered the phone would help me and was extremely friendly. My son ended up getting the stomach bug the night before his party and they were extremely understanding and accommodating with rescheduling. The entire place is decorated really cool. The course is limited and it is very difficult to stand with our group with our being in the way or encroaching on the space of another party. We had fun when we went for my son's birthday. We went on a weekday so It wasn't to crowded and it is a small and intimate venue. the kids had the space to themselves pretty much. There are a lot "rules" though, like the VR age limit that was kind of unfair when you have kids that are old enough to use it but couldn't. This place is really cool. I had my son's birthday party here a few months back and the staff was extremely helpful during the booking. My party ended up being downsized to a smaller party than I expected but the staff accommodated us. They were extremely helpful and the kids had a ball playing the table games with the staff member assigned to our party. The laser tag portion was fun and the game cards were a great addition for the kids to use. After the party ended they adjusted my bill to reflect the party size and usage. You can play a game of mini golf, a game of laser tag and get a 10 dollar card for the arcade for around 45 dollars for two people. The staff there is extremely friendly. The mini golf course is surprisingly challenging. It's all glow in the dark and there is humorous Maryland state facts on all the walls. Came here with my two kids about 2 hours before they closed. I was greeted at the front counter and asked if I'd been there before. I stated no; and the really nice young lady gave me a full description of each attraction and best package for my family. I used her suggestions and purchased the laser tag, laser maze and golf package *adding an extra 6$ for the laser maze* the kids enjoyed themselves. And the laser tag was time slotted so once we were called the two went on up and were greeted by a really kind gentleman who was perfectly engaged with the kids and really nice. Lastly the kids went to play mini golf .... That was cool too for all ages. The two employees we interacted with came over to play a "game" with the kids. Asking them their favorite show and to name some characters for a toy of their choosing. The impromptu gesture was a win for me. A couple of friends and I took advantage of a quiet Sunday evening the night before the fall school session started up, so there were NO KIDS in the entire place! In fact, there were only a handful of customers during our visit.
