This Y has great workout equipments. Some of their machines are pretty modern. I was surprised by how clean and well maintained this Y was. Bikes were amazing. You can go on a nice virtual ride. The handles turn giving you a real feel of riding the bike. One of the best bikes I have seen in the gym. They lose a star for their outdated locker room. Small showers and the access to the sauna is pretty far outside the shower near the swimming pool. They don't provide towels. Luckily my husband had an extra towel in his gym bag.

It is fun to attend Stevenson hockey games here, as well. And, it is nice with the turf option for local leagues, like Reisterstown Baseball. The rink is always fairly clean and the staff are friendly. I wish they would re-open the snack bar and have skate sharpening, but otherwise, Reisterstown Sportsplex has, and always will be, a second home to me.

Skaters need to have earned the LTS USA Free Skate 3 rewards patch or they will be denied service. Again, freestyle sessions are not open skate sessions, I get that. I started skating again after being off the ice for years because of work and caregiving. I lost everything and I'm trying to get everything back. Slowly I'm getting things back. No coin- operated lockers were there when I went to the rink in 2020. There was no designated waiting area besides the parking lot in 2020. No pro shop with a qualified, experienced figure skate technician in 2020. Hope the rink has those things it didn't have in 2020.

Otherwise it was nice inside, clean, and several options of things to do. There was a table of snacks before you enter the gym where they sell snacks also.

I think mid 20's which was ok for a littke while. After about an hour into it my ears and fongers were starting to feel numb. The indoor recreation center had not opened yet and I think that would have been better fun for everyone. They do a great job in terms of the maintenace andnthere was also no trash around like what younwoukd see at some other parks in the city. Plus this park and rec center was ckose to where we were at. I wouldn't mind coming back here sometime to check out the actual recreation center.

It has parking and is your…read moreneighborhood recreation center with an indoor pool with laps, hot tub, lockers, basketball court, very small reformer Pilates room, and dance studio. During the weekends you'll see the pool taken over by youth swim lessons. The deck is very small/narrow. When walking you might bump into a lifeguard walking and doing their job on the deck. It feels tight. There are no high bleachers so come early to find a good spot to watch from. They do have benches surrounding the pool on the deck. The center is an older center but has all your basic needs. Locker rooms don't appear the cleanest but has showers. The shower water goes from warm to cold when more than 1 or 2 are using it. This location also has a preschool with a small playground on site.

Especially in winter, a place like this is a godsend. That being said, the Northeast Regional Recreation Center isn't in the best shape, at least the portion I've visited. My son spent the winter playing indoor soccer here. The nets and goals seem like they have seen better days. The turf did appear to be fine. Another issue with this rec center is the parking. If you get here early or play the first round of games, you are rewarded with parking. Otherwise it is really hit or miss. There is a lot of waiting in lines and being patient while vehicles try to turn around in cramped spaces (only one way in and out of the parking lot). Most of the time we wound up parking at the shopping center and trudging through the ice and snow and darkness to our games. Ultimately, I'm glad there is a place for indoor soccer (and indoor walking which I would do during his games) but I have definitely been to nicer rec centers and hope this one can be updated.

Located in a quiet area of multiple building centers - Cassel's is a great place to come play…read morevolleyball! (I think there is also a small section for Ping Pong) I believe it has about 7-8 courts or so and it is usually always packed! There are many league games to be played through FXA and they also have courts up for rental. The staff there had been nothing been absolutely helpful and resourceful! Their ceilings aren't particularly low however, many high balls can bump into the lights and poles above. The lights are also blinding at times but other than that the court areas are pretty spacious -- minus the sides due to the nets. There is quite a bit of space to put your belongings and for people to come by to watch + support! The floors could use some sweeping as it is usually slippery/dusty Overall, this location consistently holds many leagues, tourneys, and open gyms and would recommend 7/10 for the facility but 9/10 to come play!

Volleyball open gym is offered on Friday and Saturday nights and can get pretty busy but a great way to get practice in.
