My fiancé and I had an appointment scheduled with Kellee for a tour this morning at 10 AM. It took…read moreus just over an hour to get to Rockfield Manor. When we arrived at the appointed time, no one was there and the door was locked. We waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes. During this time I called the Manor, the woman who answered was kind but apparently not associated with or employed by Rockfield Manor itself in any way. She said she just takes messages and makes appointments. Not very helpful. I also emailed Kellee with no response. We decided to explore the town and wait for Kellee to email/call/contact us. Finally, at 12:30 we gave up and left the area. At this point I sent Kellee one last email saying that we were leaving and would no longer be considering Rockfield Manor as an option. I received an email from Kellee about a half hour later saying she had tried to send me an email that morning to confirm our appointment but because her phone was broken it failed to send. And because I did not confirm with her failed to send email I guess she decided to just not show up? She did apologize but it seemed cold and not meant whatsoever. Definitely a very frustrating day. I would not recommend Rockfield Manor to anyone as they are clearly poorly managed. I am happy we have decided to go with a different venue.

My personal favorite appetizers include the tuna and the brussel sprouts. My favorite entrees include the crab cake (amazing), the filet (order it with the crab cake), the scallops, the chicken parm. Who am I kidding everything is good. Portions are fair and the flavors always great! Ask Gavin to pick out a bottle of wine and you're guaranteed to get a bottle you like! There was always an open line of communication and they responded quickly to any questions I had. They arrived early to the venue to set up and already had all of the bar supplies needed (meaning I didn't need to purchase these). Both are great bartenders with friendly, outgoing personalities. I had a lot of guests comment on how nice it was to have professional bartenders at the party vs just having coolers of beer and everyone trying to figure out how to make a mixed drink themselves. They took the party to the next level and I'm so thankful for their help. You won't be disappointed if you use them!

We bought two hazmat suits for $5 each to keep our clothes safe- they went up to size 3XL. With our package, we also got a t-shirt (went up to size 2XL, although he could order 3XL upon request). There were several cute t-shirt options! Inside the room, there was an Alexa that we could use to play any music we wanted during our session, and plenty of different tools for us to smash things with. The staff were friendly and helpful, and happily took some pictures of us after our session. We also quickly received our smash session video by email after the session ended. Definitely a fun and different way to relieve some stress and have some fun!!
