I poked around the DC area, and found Dixie Sheet Metal, called them and Bobby, the owner, told me it could be done, quoted me $110 for a stainless steel replacement, said it would take about an hour. So I bring the old rusted out grease trap in on a Tuesday afternoon, Bobby sits me down and we talk about it for a good 20 minutes or so (and talked about a bunch of other things, the man likes to talk), he quotes be $130 because it was a little more complicated than I thought... (it was), and I'm on my way. The next day at 6am he calls, says its done, ready for pick up. And it was, and it fit in the grill perfectly.
