Feedback in 2023 DO NOT APPROACH HIM. He gives fair price and disappears before finishing the job. That is what he did with us after paying him all the money but a small fraction. He left the shed with a bad door which does not align. He built the shed and deck same level. The water goes in. He did not accept his fault and disappeared. I contacted him several times. Never came back. The following is my feedback in 2022 If I had 20 stars, I would give all 20 to Hobiza and his crew. He is more than a contractor. He cares and appreciates his clients. He does not leave unless he walks through with the client and checks every piece of job done. He asks if you are happy and satisfied. If not, he does not leave. I wanted to install a wall connector charger. He came to site without any further calls and/or delays. He gave me a straightforward estimate. I hired him. They had to carve out part of the drywall in the basement. When they finished, they painted it meticulously. I cannot say where it was cut. They cleaned the area (they had covered every where). I was so pleased with the quality of the job and their demeanor that I immediately hired him to put lights/bulbs around the fences and deck. His crew worked very hard. Once again, they finished the job and left without leaving any debris. If you want a job be done without hassle, hire him. His demeanor, his estimates and his work supersede other contractors. I am going to hire him again for other jobs that I have in near future. read more

I contacted Hoggi on a Saturday morning. He replied in an hour. Stopped in for a quick tour. Gave me a proposal Saturday evening and started work Tuesday. I kept adding stuff to the project because his team worked so well and quick and nice. I was suggesting him to friends before he even finished my work. I will be back. Hoggi installed a fabulous crystal chandelier above our dining room table that brings me joy and confirms my good taste in light fixtures. We only had recessed lighting in this space, so he had to install a box, cut several holes in the ceiling and wall to run wires for a new dimmer switch that he installed. I purchased the wrong type of dimmer switch, but he put in one that worked just as well to complete the job. He gave a competitive quote, but I really selected Hobiza because he had the best strategy for completing the job and showed me pictures of similar jobs that he's done. He was organized and had good communication during the estimate process. They arrived on time for the job, wore masks, finished in the estimated time frame and did great work. The finished job looks like the light could have been a part of the house from day one. I would definitely recommend this contractor for electrical work and plan to use them again when the need arises. read more

I had to pay out of pocket for something that was installed incorrectly on their end. Hobiza contractors is incredibly reputable and honest. I called for quotes and others were late to respond and their quotes were vague. Hoggi was responsive within the hour and he met me the same day to review the project logistics. His quote was competitive and I approved. I am so glad I did since his work was impeccable. He installed appropriate breakers, ran and grounded heavy duty cabling within the walls and ducts, went through a garage wall from an adjacent room and placed the charger at a location where I could easily charge two cars.
