DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! My mother's headstone was ordered back in July and was told it would take 9-12 weeks to be completed. 6 MONTHS later and still no headstone. IRENE didn't know where to call. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE THE TELEPHONE NUMBER TO YOUR OWN MANAGEMENT OR WHO HANDLES THE HEADSTONES?! I asked for a phone call from a manager, but a couple weeks later & still no call or update. EVEN AFTER BEING PATIENT FOR MONTHS. How insensitive!! We showed up at the office demanding answers and got nowhere. Sylvia informed my sister the headstone was ordered 2 WEEKS AGO and it will take another 10 WEEKS to get the stone. We CAN'T even get a refund.
