He responded to my request right away and provided my quotes as requested. His rates were great and I would have rented it all but the venue I signed a contract with just wasn't large enough. I did however rent the inflatable photo booth and it was a big hit for the company party I coordinated. Guillermo and his teammate showed up on time (and on time I mean early), dressed to impress and got to work. They set the photo booth up and convinced people to take pictures throughout the party. They felt like part of my crew and were easy to talk to which I really appreciated. He was communicative, and the photo booth was as promised and then some! It took great pics with a personalized background, and it even allowed for the pics to be to airdropped and emailed along with the prints. All around a great company with a great product (I'm sure they're all great though). I can't wait to do business with Guillermo in the future.

We spent months planning, had multiple consultations, and provided detailed documentation outlining the exact order of events and song selections especially picked for our ceremony. Unfortunately, the ceremony music was a disaster. The wrong songs were played at the wrong times, songs were repeated, cut off, and there were multiple moments of complete silence. My husband walked out to the wrong song, the bridal party music was never played, and there were several awkward pauses while our coordinator was texting DJ Will to try to get him to play the right song. I even had to wait to walk down the aisle because the correct song was not being played. This was one of the most important moments of our day, and it was completely ruined. my mood right before walking down the aisle was anger. After over a year of planning and trusting a professional vendor with such an important role, this level of disorganization and lack of execution was extremely disappointing. We did not receive the quality of service we paid for. Even after reaching out to Diego their account manager he ghosted me twice for a phone call that was scheduled to discuss what happened. From the Dj to their admin this was a terrible experience, I couldn't say anything positive. Don't have your wedding ruined or your money wasted.

Darron was very detailed and attentive, having taken detailed notes during our meeting to ensure he knew exactly what we wanted, who was who and who was doing what, and helped us curate playlists for each part of our wedding. I felt confident going into our wedding day that Darron knew exactly what type of music to play as the night progressed and knew exactly the cues for each different entrance.
