Kuerth's have been vary cooperative for the 9 years that I have been with them. Sometimes I have gotten confused about the recycling schedule but a phone call always straights it out for me. Anytime I have a question, they have been able to answer. Always pleasant and helpful. When I go south for several weeks I let them know and they give me credit for those weeks. I do like the idea of recycling but wish there was a way that the fees would not be an extra expense. Keep up the good service. read more

I had circled all the recycle weeks on my calendar and that schedule was working well, until my recycling wasn't getting picked up. I thought the schedule must have changed, so I checked the website. The residential calendar for recycling is coded by week green and blue. I looked everywhere to figure out which 'color' my location was. I found a service map that had locations in green, blue and a small red area. It was the only place I could identify a color coding system, so I adapted. Recycling still didn't get picked up. Called and was told it was the wrong week and to put it out next week. Went to Kuerth's to get clarification and to leave some boxes that I was not dragging back up my driveway. I was told that no one else has a problem reading the schedule. (Came home to look again and still can't figure out how I should know if I'm blue or green.) Then, was told that they would call the cops on me if I left my boxes for recycling, a service for which I am paying and am not receiving. The staff was very rude. read more

We have used Kuerth's Disposal for years - probably decades now - for 2 residences. The company is FANTASTIC! We have never had a problem with its garbage pick-up, recycling pick-up and yard-waste pick-up. There customer service is, well...garbage. Unfortunately for the consumer but fortunately for them, the competition is almost non existent. If someone opened a service that really understood what they were doing, they would be out of business within a few months. read more
