Storage units are clean and dry. I like knowing that there is a security gate as well as camera(s). Lynne is great to work with. ALWAYS answers the phone every time I call. Have never had to leave a voice mail. Their website makes it easy to make payments. Would certainly recommend this place for anyone that needs a storage facility.

I have had a storage unit at the Hudsonville location for a couple years. I recently signed up for…read morea parking spot in Byron Center and have had some safety and security concerns. The previous manager (no longer there) was great to deal with and handled my concerns. The new staff since last fall however is very hard to deal with and can't answer my questions and get a basic lease set up and match the quote /price promised(first month half off). Overcharged and they can't fix it. Management has no real authority to make things right. They sure can auto bill and overcharge, but refuse to make it right. Disgusted with the staff. The storage unit itself is nice and secure and average price range. Another side note - we are expected to keep our unit clean and move out clean. Well... we moved units on a last minute necessity over a weekend. The new unit was found dirty and piles of dirt all over. I mentioned it to the manager the next Monday and once again, they did nothing about it. Quite disappointed the standards are not consistent and you can't communicate or get things corrected with office staff. There was a computer system change over the winter. I was overcharged and accidentally billed on a daily basis for a week and they would not refund... just kept updating a new balance incorrectly for the next month. Finally got that fixed after a couple weeks.

They made sure we had everything we needed and time to transfer our belongs from our rig ti the gently used one were purchasing. I cannot say enough about their beautiful facility. Everything is clean and neat. Very organized business. They do have plenty of inside storage for boats & rvs. Have a great system. I would definitely use them again.

WOW! So..... Do you…read moredo vehicle safety inspections? If so what kind of cracker jack mechanics do you use? Every tire was low, the front passenger should have been replaced some time ago, steering wheel shakes like a brick in a dryer, oil wasnt reading on the dipstick, trailer tires were also low (all of them unless they are only suppose to have 25 to 30 psi)(sticker says 65),Got to have the steering wheel at 10 o'clock to keep it straight(ish), transmission is definitely due for a inspection hard shifting first and second but slips coming out of third, tow haul button does not work (so that's nice). Truck will barely get up to speed going down hill. I'm heading to West Virginia... pretty hilly state, I'm sure it's going be a blast. I was a delivery driver for more than 4 years and have driven more box trucks then I can remember. But I guarantee that this one I WILL remember, don't be proud of that. If I knew my move was going to go like this I wouldn't be moving. This here is one customer that will not be a return customer. So all in all thanks for the headache. BUT THE A/C does work at first I was hesitant in using it figured a rattle snake would jump out at me if I turned it on or something along those lines.
