Our group of 8 had an amazing time on these e-bikes. The staff are super friendly and got us set up with helmets and loaded the bikes up- super easy. We absolutely loved our experience biking the going to the sun road in GNP. Can't wait to do it again! read more

As a local gal who loves the outdoors and GNP: I would highly recommend Montana E-bikes ! They are always friendly and professional. And I have rented from them several times. Most recently on May 3rd and May 7th to ride the Going-to-the-Sun Rd. The last time I called to reserve e-bikes they were booked but that didn't stop them! Josh put me on a waiting list and thankfully 2 bikes became available! This is one of the best ways to see GNP alone or with your family! ‍ read more

Fantastic service. Greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked into the shop, answered their phones when we called the day before to reserve bikes, responsive, bikes were in excellent condition, very clean show room. Family owned and very accomodating to out of towners. Would highly recommend and will use them again in the future. read more

We brought our bikes 1500 miles to ride Going-to-the-Sun Road. Unfortunately, my e-bike was DOA. Josh and his lovely wife troubleshooted the problem right away. The battery was 4 months out of warranty, but I only had 39 miles on the bike. Josh suggested that I contact the company to see if they would cover the cost of a new one. Then he said that since we had come all this way, he would give me a discount on the new battery even if they didn't. If the company covered the cost of the battery, he would credit my account. They filled my tires, checked the drive-train, and bike computer without having to ask! On our way we went. Once home, I contacted the manufacturer, and they decided to cover the battery. I called Josh back, letting him know that the replacement battery was on its way to him. He immediately credited the card back! He didn't even have the replacement in his hands yet. Josh saved me $500. The customer service was impeccable! They were very friendly and EXTREMELY helpful. He knew he might not make any money from me, and we may never have a chance to utilize them again, yet he treated me as if I spent a fortune in his shop. It was just old-fashioned customer service. I highly recommend Montana E-Bikes & More. If you need an e-bike, a rental, parts, or service, this is the place for you! read more

Family run business - flexible, knowledgeable and came through in a huge way for our group for a last minute ride. We were able to get 4 ebikes to ride to the Going to the Sun Road. Got us completely setup with helmets, tailgate pad, and bikes. We had an AMAZING time and can't thank Josh and family enough! read more

If I could give 6 stars I would! Wow what an experience, Josh the owner and his entire staff are absolute gems. Very knowledgeable and probably some of the nicest people you could ever meet. They made the entire experience so smooth and convenient for us I can not recommend enough. We rented 3 e bikes for the day and took them up to glacier and had easily one of the best days of our entire lives. read more

wow... I was so glad when I found out that Montana Ebikes was just founded May of 2023 because man I thought I was missing out all this time. If you're looking for a fun filled adventure while maintaining a high quality and safety you should 100% choose Montana ebikes. I hardly ever give reviews online and this may be only my third or fourth ever and this truly deserves 5 stars. would love to also give a quick shoutout to Josh, Mathew, and Colton. when it comes to customer service they were top of the line! We were quickly surprised at how detailed they were in explaining their all around fantastic bikes. They also made it an easy transition picking up and dropping off. The most genuine and helpful people you could ask for! My son bought a bike a couple years ago and to this day Josh and family address him by name when he walks in and take care of him like he was family. They explain things, discuss things and take care of everything. The eBike has been fantastic and the reasons for his visits are either "operator error" you might say (mirrors and more mirrors) or due to lack of maintenance on our part (loose screws here and there) or just going in for a friendly chat. He has over 1700 miles on the Adventure2 and still going strong! We have every confidence in their eBikes and service, suggestions and guidance. Couldn't love this place any more! read more

I was excited to rent electric bikes to go up the Going-to-the-Sun Road, but this was a way better experience than I even thought! Matthew was so helpful in helping us get the bikes set up to go, it's not very complicated but he made sure to answer all our questions before we headed out. But let me tell you- these bikes are so much fun! They got us up the mountain no problem and I wasn't even uncomfortable the entire time! We also took them around town after because we still had so much battery left, they were really easy to ride on the sidewalk as well. 10/10 experience, VERY happy with everything! read more
