I had a similar experience this week...walked in. Asked just a few questions. Directed to some flooring displays. No offer of samples or further interactions. No pricing on displays and just total lack of interest. This was the third store I have been to shop. Another one was helpful but not the quality I want. My review is mainly about the grammar in the commercial. Please please please, speak better English. "Our waterproof floor is perfect for the un- house broke male". One. There is no such thing as water proof flooring. That's false advertising. Two. The word is "house-BROKEN". Please change this. Went in on a Saturday picked out what I needed. Staff said ill call you next week to set up time to measure for exact price. I called them on following Thursday. Left message. No return call. I called again on Friday. Salesman off on Friday. Was told I could speak with manager. Yes .pease hold. She comes back with he just left. Mind you I wanted to carpet to large bedrooms. I am writing this complaint about Montana Flooring to let you know that they will NOT stand behind their product or installation. About five years ago I bought new carpet for our living room and one bedroom. Before the first year was up, the carpet started to stretch in both rooms. I contacted the sales rep, who sold me the carpet, several times, in person and on the phone. Each time he told me he would send someone out to look at the carpet. Never heard from anyone. Finally, I gave up, because I didn't know what to do. I spent $2160 for the carpet and $648 for the installation. I had an installer come out and look at our carpet and he said all the furniture would have to come out of the house in order to stretch the carpet and I could not afford to hire someone to do that. This last spring I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and then I immediately heard from the owner, and he told me that something would be done about it. HA! Never heard from him again either. Now the carpet is stretched so badly throughout both rooms, we are tripping over it. I know because it has been so long, I will get nothing out of this company, so please go to a company that will stand behind their product, not Montana Flooring! read more

Would not recommend this company for anything based on the experience we had with them. The product we purchased was not at all what they promised it was. The owner 's son helped us. He made a large mistake on the estimate and they would not give us any adjustment. We should have known it was not a good idea to do business with them when we heard the coarse jokes that the owner and employees were sharing. Very bad experience! read more

Purchased carpet and tile. Salesman promised way more than he could deliver regarding installation. Install time took over 6 weeks and the job was less than satisfactory. I complained and they fixed some of it. Still not happy and they have not contacted me to see if I am happy with the results since the job has been completed. I will not shop at this store again. read more
