Countertops were not made to the correct measurements. Sink template was incorrectband sink not installed correctly. When "fixed", it was worse and told they could not fix it then. Cooktop cut out was not correct. Fortunately we could still get the cook top to fit. Had to cut into the cabinet sides to get the counter to drop in. read more

The most dishonest and laziest company I have seen. They were contracted through Lowes to install our granite counter tops. they missed appointments, lied about contacting us, had multiple excuses on what the issues were. We ended up cancelling and fighting for a refund after they cancelled our install three days before it was suppose to happen. They wanted more money than the original quote. excuses, excuses and dismal customer support. read more

I am so happy that I used The Countertoppers for my home and I also had countertops put into my local business. I would recommend The Countertoppers to everyone. This crew is awesome! Such great service. Who knew that having great service was so important in your counter top company. Certainly not I. From the very beginning they have been outstanding. First they called to have me come preview the granite which arrived for my order. "it might have different color pattern then what you expected". It did! We then chose another piece of granite that was large enough for the project. Again, me being me, I question every decision thoroughly. I was ever so grateful that Cindy, in the office, called me the very next morning to "make sure my decision was still good" I LOVED THAT!!! They came by to the house to do laser measurements, promised they would be back the following week with the counter top. Sure enough, one week later, they installed the new beautiful counter top. Awesome. This is the only counter top people I visited with, so don't know how they compare to others. Three young guys came to install the granite last week. Cindy, office staff, called the night before to make sure we were aware of installation. Said they would arrive between 8 and 8:30, which they did. We had everything ready for them, and they were in and out within two hours. While they were installing, they asked me several times to make sure things were as I wanted. They cleaned up really well after themselves. (I really liked that) They also gave me care instructions. If you do not seal your granite every 6 months, it will start to smell like your garbage can. GOOD INCENTIVE!! Again, never having dealt with this before, not sure what to expect or not. This was my first and last experience with counter toppers. I will not be back and do not recommend anyone going here. My story starts with a bathroom remodel. I choose a remnant piece, how long will it take until it's ready, 4 weeks. Okay, can it possibly be done before thanksgiving. Yes, we can install on the 21. The 21 comes around no call, no communication my phone calls were screened. I get a call later that night, what kind of sink mount did you want? And we lost your sink. Mind you I brought in my template of my old counter and the sink. I try not to panic as 27 people are showing up at my house. The 22nd comes, no phone call. I call multiple times, no one answers or returns my phone calls. I call from a friends number they answer. I ask when my counter will be ready. Now he tells me we won't be able to install it, but we will drop it off. I am furious. I calmly say okay I just want my counter. They come on the 23rd at 5pm to install. They never polished it or treated it. I get a call that I have an outstanding balance. I was told I wouldn't be charged the install fee. Don't go here. How they are in business with no communication skills at all. The worst customer service I have ever had and mind you I paid over 800$ for a 55/23.5 inch counter top. read more
