I've reached out to other places to come replace the liner and when I tell them where I got my pool, they will not touch it. I just do not understand the blatant disregard for someone who trusted you with $10,000 of their money. I'm not sure this can be resolved because I do not believe they will come and replace the liner even though I would be willing to pay for that and the labor and the travel and I've made that clear. So I have pretty much just wasted $10,000 on a swimming pool that I cannot use.

I needed another fan and free weights would be good but I don't think there was any room for that or to stretch out. They have a running machine, a pulley type machine and a recumbant type bicycle. They also have filtered water too! Oh and cleaning wipes for the equipment. The hotel is located in a industrial area so it wasn't pretty but it will do.

While my family briefly went downstairs to get snacks from the vending machines, they were followed and confronted by a male front desk employee who claimed they had already received "three strikes" for being loud. This was confusing, as no one had communicated any warning to me directly as the registered guest. Later that night, at approximately 3:30 AM, the night auditor knocked on my door accusing us of running around and disturbing the property. This was the first time I personally heard of any complaint. I was asleep in the room with my two-year-old daughter at the time. Before any real conversation or resolution attempt could take place, he escalated the situation and called the police. Six to seven officers arrived. My family had already left, yet I, my toddler, and my 16-year-old cousin were removed from the property at 4:00 AM and issued a trespass notice. Being forced out in the middle of the night with a child was unnecessary and extreme. The next morning, I called to speak with the general manager, Chris, hoping to calmly explain the situation and request at least a partial refund. Instead of professionalism or basic customer service, I was met with dismissiveness and hostility. He stated that if anything, he would charge me more rather than consider a refund. He refused to hear my side of the situation at all. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have never experienced treatment like this. The handling of this situation was excessive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer care. Removing a mother and toddler at 4 AM over alleged noise without prior direct communication is unacceptable. I will not be returning. And I would absolutely not recommend this place for anyone anymore. We had several rooms booked next to each other for our group. At check-in, we asked about using the large conference room, as we have done in the past. We were willing to pay extra and always make sure to clean up after ourselves. We were initially told it was reserved for a team. When that team never showed, we asked again and were still told no. The team that had reserved the room even offered to let us share it with them, but the night clerks refused and told us we had a "strike" against us. Instead, we gathered in our adjoining rooms. Shortly after, the night clerk, Jacob, was walking the hallways near our rooms with a flashlight. He approached and questioned one of the children in our group who had stepped into the hallway, which understandably frightened her. We later received a knock on the door stating that the manager wanted us removed from the property, but that we were being given "one more chance." One member of our group went to the front desk to calmly address any concerns and asked to speak with the manager Jacob referenced. Jacob refused to call the manager, first saying he would not call on his cell phone, and then claiming the landlines were not working -- which did not appear to be accurate. After that interaction, we did not hear from him again. Additionally, some members of our group left briefly and, upon returning, found the main doors locked. The front desk would not unlock them and directed them to walk all the way around to another entrance. To make matters worse, our room itself was not clean. There appeared to be a blood stain on one wall, the stairways looked as though they had not been vacuumed in weeks, and there was no hot water in the showers -- neither in the evening nor the following morning. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially after years of positive stays. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

Plus, other food choices were sitting out: yogurt, cereal ( cold or oatmeal), two choices of milk (2% or full fat), scones muffins, English muffins, juice (apple, orange, & cranberry), coffee, and tea. Other than that, we will NEVER stay here again and I genuinely hope Eli gets some serious training on customer service and proper social skills. Andrew needs a visit to the Wizard of Oz to ask for some courage. I never would allow a coworker to speak to a customer/guest the way Eli did and just stand there blankly. At check in, desk staff was curt and less than welcoming. (Maybe this person was having a bad day or is better suited to a bureaucrat job that is not customer facing?) We were traveling with a pet (a well-traveled, well-trained 8 year old quiet, lazy cat) and put in a room on the first floor, ostensibly because of our pet. Unfortunately , they had checked in a basketball or soccer team (or Bigfoot?) upstairs directly above us (also with a hard floor?) because the heavy clod stomping back and forth the floor AND ball dribbling went on from 9pm to well after midnight. At this writing it is 12:20am and they are still pounding the floors and we are unable to sleep. The room is poorly decorated with damaged case good furniture and a weird vinyl covered sectional seating unit that looks like it belongs in a diner. Everything is shabby and room has hard surface floors that appear to need a good mopping. There was no soap and no shampoo in the bathroom tub - just a solitary bottle of conditioner on the wall. Linens were old. Towels were threadbare and rough. The tub entry and shower were downright dangerous (there was a grab bar to enter but nothing to hold onto inside and there was no anti slip surface) VERY DANGEROUS FOR SENIORS. The water temperature and shower controls were also very hard to adjust and modulate and the water was scalding hot. There was also no place to hang towels or clothing other than a single hook on the back of the door. On top of this, there was a clump of black hair in the drain from a previous occupant. Nasty! At best this place accepts pets including cats (so many places accept big dogs but not kenneled cats - and I cannot fathom why) and has exterior door access for easy loading/unloading, is within walking distance of a Cracker Barrel and a circle K and is an extremely large room with an inside entrance and an exterior entrance BUT the security locks ate damaged on the interior door and there are no Do Not Disturb signs. Frankly this place feels sketchy because it doesn't seem clean and is about as far from 'excellent' as I can imagine. Based on experiences this evening I think I'll be skipping breakfast, too, but that is more because I want to avoid inconsiderate oafs like the heavy footed upstairs folks - if they show this little regard for fellow travelers I can only imagine their behavior at a shared breakfast space . So, unlike Arnold, I WON'T BE BACK. If you consider this place just remember - I warned you. I've traveled a lot this year - better than 60+ nights in hotels and this place was one of the worst properties I have encountered. Do not believe the high rating on hotels.com as it is most assuredly undeserved. (Edit: I broke down and went to get a coffee. Broken sticky equipment, no fruit, no yogurt, and a very cramped crowded space.) At check out we again reported issues. We've stayed at other Baymont locations and understand they are not 'tip-top everything is perfect'. With expectations that this is a budget hotel,, we've always had good experiences at Baymont. Upon arrival we were told the 'new' hire at reception is the new GM. The hotel has been without a GM 'for weeks'. As such, a lot has not been done here and the new GM is playing catch-up. The front desk agent was very professional and pleasant She checked us in quickly and let us know breakfast is 6am-9am. In the room at first glance everything looks as it should. King bed, four pillows, nice desk area, fridge, microwave. Each of the table lamps has a plug in it's base for charging devices, plus a charge hub is on one of thr bedside tables. A full bath with tub/shower combo. We notice there is no soap. We ask at reception and are told without a GM to place orders, supplies have dwindled and there is no soap. The GM has arranged to pick-up soap from a nearby hotel tomorrow. As seasoned travelers, we come prepared and so this does not affect us. Extra dove brand shampoos are in the bathroom to be used as soap. On closer inspection we notice the bathroom does need some cosmetic work. Rust on the light fixture. Mirror frame is peeling. Door should probably be replaced - it's seen better days. Although the fan comes on automatically when the light goes on, there is still a bit of mildew on the ceiling. The rest of the bathroom however is clean with plenty of TP and two each bath, hand and wash towels plus a bath mat. In the morning, shortly after 6am, my SO went to get me coffee and tells me as he hands me my coffee no breakfast has been set out and only hazlenut creamer is available. No worries on the creamer, we were told supplies are low so figure this is one of those supplies. Back to breakfast room just before 7am and still no breakfast and no receptionist. Hm. We chat w/other guests looking for breakfast. More join us and at 7am, the morning receptionist shows up for her shift. Seems the night auditor left at 4am. Quit. They usually have breakfast out by six, so now the morninsh shift is literally running around getting breakfast out. We went back to finish packing, loaded some things in our vehicle and came back to find most of breakfast out and the receptionist still adding and replenishing items. She really earned her pay today!! She did it all with a smile when I am sure she'd rather scream. Big thanks and well done to her! Breakfast included sausage gravy and biscuits, sausage and scrambled eggs. Waffles, bagels, muffins, toast, cold cereal, fruit, juice, coffee, yogurt, cream cheese and other sundry items. A pretty good breakfast. We spoke with other guests who mentioned their room on the 2nd floor is musty and the shower surrround damaged. There is *no elevator in this hotel as is very common in budget hotels in this area of the country. If you need a ground floor room, call the hotel before making the reservation to be sure you book the correct type of room. This hotel has potential. Maintenance is definitely over due. I hope the new GM can build a unified team and get this place back in order. Our bed was very comfortable. And I did look at the mattress. There is a mattress cover under the fitted sheet and it's a pillow-top mattress. No staining to be seen. The towels were good quality for a budget hotel. Our room was warm. Staff were all excellent. Located near a number of restaurants and a gas station/convenience store. Easy on/off highway. Good amount of parking in their private lot. Easy to find, right on Overland rd. GPS got us right there, no problem- right across the street from Outback Steakhouse.

I had called the "after hours" number twice about the lady before she got in but was directed to leave a message each time. All that said, I felt safe until then. The bathrooms and showers were clean and also plentiful. We played the mini golf there, which was free. We walked down to the Yellowstone River, which was steps away. It was stunning with lots of cool rocks. The one-room cabin was good. A code to get in, which was nice. Air conditioner and little fridge and desk with chair. Bunk beds and also another (full size?) bed. The curtains were good at blocking out light. The little shop had coffee in the morning but like all other koa's not until 8am.
