This is by far one of the most impressive day care facilities I have ever seen. From the moment we…read morefirst toured the facility prior to enrolling my now 2 year old, there was a sense of calm, caring and nurturing. We were most interested in this day care facility because they had separate rooms for infants. My primary concern with most places we had visited was that my daughter (was 3 mo. at the time) would be in the same room with children who were 1 and could walk. Not a Creme! They have 3 different infant rooms so your child is with other children at the same development stage. Infant A for immobile, Infant B for the crawlers, and Infant C for the learning-to-walkers. I went back a couple times before making my final decision and each time, I was welcomed by name and they always asked about my daughter (by name). It just felt right! Now, almost two years later, my daughter is moving into Gard 2 (Preschool), so the fun is really beginning. She will move between rooms, including the gym, library, art room, etc. She is excited every morning to go to "school" and play with her friends. She is greeted by name by every teacher in the building, even those teachers she will not see for another couple years. She receives a daily report of things that happened during the day and little notes of special successes (e.g., the first time she took steps or used the potty). My friends and family are amazed at her vocabulary, hand eye coordination and her general knowledge and understanding of things going on around her. While I would like to think I'm a super parent or have a genius child, I give much of the credit to the wonderful care givers at this school. While the school is rather expensive, the benefits are amazing. For example, there is no need to bring diapers, wipes, or food (once your child eats solid foods)...all is supplied; enrichment teachers focus on particular subjects (art, music, computers, sports); indoor AND outdoor play spaces, including a water park (how cool is that!?); and caring staff that my child hugs every day (and she doesn't hug just anyone). I know I am missing things but...basically, this place leaves me with a peace of mind that my child is in great hands, well cared for and loved, and is being set with an educational foundation that is sure to help her for years to come. NOTE: In reading the other review posted, I have never experienced what was described.

They try to upsell cameras all around the school but when something occurs "the footage is reviewed" by the director with no updates and the "sound doesn't work". Most people know Adventure Links for their popular camp programs for children and teens. However, they also offer stellar corporate team building programs, which is how I got to know them. About five years ago, as the CEO of a growing company of 20 professionals, I was struggling with how to address some growing pains and spice up our upcoming quarterly retreat. A friend recommended Adventure Links, so I scheduled a meeting with Anna, the CEO. Anna came to my office and interviewed me to understand my business, our challenges, and what I hoped to accomplish. She asked many questions, listened, and took notes. The next week, we took our team of 20 to their retreat location. Anna and her team had put together an all-day agenda of activities that went way beyond simple ropes courses. What surprised and "sold" me on them was how she'd managed to incorporate our growing pains into her exercises in meaningful ways. Sure, we had fun and bonded, but more importantly most of us began to see certain everyday problems in meaningful new ways, with fresh solutions. To this day our team references those exercises like old Seinfeld episodes. After each exercise - some physically challenging and all mentally challenging - Anna would bring us together and help us draw correlations to some of our corporate issues. It helped that she has a sharp wit and great sense of humor. She and her team also knew when to push and put us on the spot to drive home a point. Six months later, we wanted to bring Adventure Links back for another quarterly retreat, but this time due to bad weather we had to do the exercises in our office. They totally pulled it off! The indoor exercises were unique and again gave us a fresh perspective on both issues and people. An example - during one intense exercise where we split into two teams, a junior staff person had a "eureka!" moment with a brilliant solution to a problem, and spontaneously took control of our team, which included several executives. I had no idea this young lady was so intellectually gifted and capable of leadership under pressure. How valuable is that information for an employer? My firm has engaged Adventure Links several times since then, all with success. When my children are old enough, I'll be sending them to the Adventure Links camps...I know they'll learn and have fun. Adventure Links rocks!

Entertainment - 5/5 Facilities - 3/5…read more We signed my 4-year old daughter for swim lessons and this place has been great. Their staff is incredibly friendly. It only took my girl 3 lessons to go from being scared in the water to floating in the bathtub. The staff also do a great job giving parents updates and making the kids feel special when they move to the next level. The pool itself is also nice and big - with a large space for the young kids to learn while the older kids have three lanes to do real swimming in. They also offer affordable camps and have a shop with ample swim gear. I also like that parents have the option of sitting at the pool deck to really be up close and personal with their kids. That said, there are things to improve. They really jam a lot of people in there, so social distancing for the kids in COVID is basically impossible (especially those in the swimming lanes). It also often takes 20 minutes or more to get out because so many classes end at the exact same time and there simply isn't enough space to accommodate about 40 people trying to shower and change at once. The locker room in general could use a big upgrade as there are far too few changing stalls and toilets for the amount of people. At a bare minimum, it would be great if they had one or two of those swimsuit driers so we didn't have to cart wet gear home. But again, the main theme is that there is an awesome staff, nice pool, and great lessons. The service can't be beat!.

I had to follow up with them to see if he got in or not and she emailed me right away saying they wanted him to come in for a second visit. I thought it was strange but I went with it! idk how you can judge how a child is going to do or what they can do in a 15 min visit. Seemed very inaccurate to me. She said she would follow up with is but never did so I reached out to see because you we had not heard from them in about 2 weeks very unprofessional to me. I said Good Evening! I'm just following up about my son to see if he has gotten into your program? If not please let me know, so I can look into getting him in another Kindergarten program before spots are all filled up. Her response was thank you for your email. We are sorry but your son didn't make it into our program. We wish you the best. No explanation to why or not! I'm really upset because his pediatrician recommended this place thought it would be a great place for him to thrive but they passed judgment on my son without giving him the chance. As a military family this is disheartening. This is how they treat the people who serves this country's kids with a disability.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and overall operations at this gym…read more The woman working at the front desk today was very rude and spoke in a condescending tone. Normally my husband takes our daughter to her class, but he had a dentist appointment today so I attended instead. After this experience, I honestly would have pulled my daughter out of this gym immediately. The substitute/manager I spoke with initially provided me with inaccurate information regarding my daughter moving up to the preschool class. Later, when I spoke with the front desk employee, she told me the teacher had been giving parents the wrong information all day and proceeded to reprimand the teacher in front of everyone when she returned. It was very unprofessional to witness staff correcting each other publicly. Afterward, the teacher attempted to backtrack by saying my daughter needed a lot of help. This had never been mentioned during the earlier conversation about the preschool class, especially considering there were only two children in the class at the time. This was also the first and only time this teacher had ever worked with my daughter. Her regular coach, Shay, was on vacation. Honestly, Coach Shay seems to be the only person holding this place together. The staff turnover is extremely high, which is very concerning. Considering the cost of tuition adds up to well over $1,000 per year, there should at least be some type of progress notes or communication system in place so parents receive clear and consistent information about their child's development. When I called back to speak with a manager, the same rude front desk employee transferred me to the same teacher she had just reprimanded -- presenting her as the manager. This only added to the confusion and lack of professionalism. Lastly, the facility itself is very outdated and unclean. There is a noticeable odor when you walk in, and the floors and equipment appear dusty and dirty. The cleanliness of a gym where children are constantly on the floor should be a top priority, but that clearly is not the case here. Because of this experience, they will not be receiving any more tuition from us.
