I didn't go in this trip, but this is arguably the most iconic casino in the world. It did not disappoint. Just standing in the square glimpsing the magnificent structure is worth the trip to Monaco. Couple that with all the hotels, sports cars, and harbor-side mega-yachts, you will not regret your journey to Monaco or Monte Carlo! Excitedly, Clayton Cohn read more

My hubby brought me here for my birthday and also as our first night out since we had our son! The hotel is beautiful inside and out. From the moment we walked in, the flowers were being replaced with new and fresh ones, the entrance was grand and everyone seemed cheery. We did have some complications with the check-in though. When we booked our room, we choose a room with a seaside view and paid extra for that. We had arrived early so went out for lunch and returned to take the key to our room. The FIRST room was great; beautiful view (although not seaside) and on the 8th floor. But when we entered the room, we noticed that there was already a luggage in there and an envelope with someone else's name. I quickly called the front desk to inform them that the key they had given us was for someone else's room and they had us come down to get a new key. Room number 2; level 2 with a view of the roof of the outdoor patio and NO SEA VIEW. I called the front desk to let them know we were not happy as this surely was not what we had paid for or had in mind. They said they would call back and in the meantime our luggage would arrive. Knock knock... the bell boy came with what was supposed to be our luggage but it was the woman's from room #1!!! At this point I was NOT HAPPY... as I had many expensive items in my luggage and they seemed to have misplaced it. Not to mention that the woman from room #1 has no clue her luggage has been in so many hands! We arrive down to the front desk and the manager explains that the "seaside view" is only a view of the sea, not necessarily a sea-side... because that makes sense? He escorted us up to room #3 to see if we would be happy there... in the elevator I could see from the corner of his eyes that he was staring my up and down. We got to the room, he opened up the door and asked if this was sufficient enough... and his tone wasn't so pleasant. While I appreciate the room change, I don't appreciate the staff (more specifically the manager) being non apologetic and the front desk treating us like we were morons. Room 1 was not ours and room 2 was not what we paid for and that wasn't our luggage read more

Dined at Coya, the Peruvian Restaurant inside the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel. Fun experience with a range of food options.

4 star hotel that definitely lives up to its expectation! Today there were two Bugatti's parked outside, as well as several super cars. Surprised it wasn't a 5 star hotel with the exceptional service. Only thing they can work on is employing more english-speaking staff. The food quality of the restaurant is superb, the concierge are super helpful, even after we gave them a hard time by switching up the reservations of several restaurants. We booked a yacht through Concierge without any problems, everything worked out flawlessly. The hands down best part of the Hotel is the pool. The water is the perfect temperature, as well as the sand-bottom lagoon which is beautifully built. There is both an indoor and outdoor pool adjacent to the lagoon which has less people, but it really dulls the lagoon experience. Overall this is a great hotel! read more

I've been coming here twice a year since it opened 10 years ago. It's a very good hotel. The hotel is very modern and clean, the service is very good, the food is also good and the pool area is fantastic. If I had to give some negatives; a minor one is that the place never really has a buzz about it - it's nice that it's quiet and never feels crazy busy, but it does feel a bit sleepy most of the time. The bigger issue with it is that it's a bit outside of the center of town so it can be quite difficult to get a cab. Now mind you Monaco isn't a big place and there's lot of places you can just walk to, but when you do need a taxi because it's raining or you're going to the airport, it can be a problem if you haven't planned ahead. Overall it's a great hotel though. read more

I only stayed there for one night before I change to my conference hotel but I loved it! It was a great first time to Monaco hotel to stay in.. It has the atmosphere of old French Riviera that I imagine .. Great service .. Amazing view .. And beautiful premises.. I was sad to leave. Has a great dinner at the hotel gourmet resturant .. The chef and service was amazing .. Had a nice experience .. If I come back again to the AMWC conference again .. I will defiantly stay the whole time at this hotel! read more

What a fabulous hotel. The concierge was helpful, quick and friendly. The ambience is high class, clean, yet relaxed. What a wonderful, top-notch hotel. There are 10 floors. You can self park or valet (more expensive). There is an indoor heated pool, fitness club, restaurants, casino, and much more. Dress nicely! It's all top-notch :) read more

Great hotel, everything works and has some nice style to it. One really unique and very useful thing - they have a proper steam iron and a really large ironing board in the room. The only complaint would be their prices for room service - I find EURO32 to be too much for one cheeseburger! read more

Nice hotel for the price, super busy, you have the view of Monaco if you can get a room facing the ocean, good luck.
