There was a time that we went up to Keith and Kris to sell our rental house to get rid of the landlord frustrations. Although helping us to sell the houses would benefit their business, they still analyzed with us the pros and cons to sell or own, did all the appraisal work but left the choice to us . Eventually we decided not to sell the house however we kept long-lasting relationship with the Walker team. 2. They provided professional guidance during the house shopping process. There was this time when both COVID restriction and holiday seasons made very low housing inventories, despite the super hot housing market, they were very patient in showing the houses, went out their ways to meet up our needs, tell us more than the property itself but also what to avoid as new home buyers. We were very impressed that Kris was able to handle complicated situation and had solid insights at such a young age. 3. We were under stress to close our deals however multiple unexpected events occurred to complicate the situation. The Walker team negotiated with the owner to buy us more time, dealt with the owners' stress to close out, and even asked for more from the owner for us, just because they think it's the fair thing to do. This is rare in this strong-seller market nowadays. 4. They went extra miles to help us beyond house-shopping - they helped us so many times by using their own connections. The contacts that they shared with us, e.g.: the pest-control team, the property manager, even the loan agents, are all very good-quality. Working with Keith and Kris is like working with a whole package of professionals, you won't be anxious or stressful when you know they got your back. It was a pleasant interaction and learning experience with Keith and Kris, I would strongly recommend them to others.

That in itself was awesome, but this year we also had the pleasure of working with her when we bought our house. We were served a letter from our landlords telling us they needed use of their house again and we were given 3 month notice to move out. We had already talked with Daunielle as we were planning to buy a house by the end of 2017, however, receiving that letter in February really put our house buying plans into high gear. I called Daunielle in a panic, and from the get go she was wonderful to work with. She really put my mind at ease in what was understandably a pretty stressful situation! I had my doubts we could pull it off and the whole thing seemed so overwhelming to me, given the housing market in the Bay Area, stiff competition and the short timeline we had to get into another house. Daunielle was just amazing from start to finish. She really knows her stuff, and you'll find that out really quickly upon speaking with her. She answered all of our questions, gave us great advice, pointed out things we needed to know. This was my first house buying experience and frankly I was winging it! I felt so safe with her by my side as we walked through many open houses. When it came time to put an offer in, she was so helpful and informative. She successfully helped us make our offer and it was accepted! She was there every step of the way. No matter what time of day or night it was, if we had questions or concerns she was there.
