Randi, the loan officer who answered the phone, asked a few questions and ran some numbers while we were talking. I wasn't sure it would be possible, but she emailed an application and I went from there. It took the usual tax returns, monthly statements and of course, bank statements. I'm on 4 different bank accounts, so that's a lot of bank statements she had to go over! She was patient and thorough getting the info together for the final loan approval. Now I have money in the bank, and 0 balances on my 3 credit cards and the monthly amount I pay is less than all the minimums on the credit cards. I am so glad I called SCCCU and I'm glad they have experienced and helpful loan officers like Randi LeBlanc. I called the main phone number for SCCCU and got the River Street branch.
