It gets parked in the same spot and driven every day since February it's 55 and older. I follow the warranty as they said on the paper I went down there to see the area manager could not see him. There's only one person on staff. I called corporate of course they're independently own. You have two things in life your word in your name now the vehicle cannot be driven. It's $4500 at Bmw. I've only driven it there and back since yesterday. I have to go into our Rental Car and I'm expecting someone to call me back. This is unnecessary. You are a franchise, but you are still an individual you are responsible for these actions of your employees

I stopped in here and asked how much they charge to put air in my tires and I explained why I needed help. The manager told me that there was not a charge and that they would be happy to help. I was so appreciative. I tipped them and thanked them for their help. They are definitely about customer service. Which is a rarity these days. Definitely recommend.

I always do. I paid for a full synthetic oil change which was 106 dollars. I didn't want or need ANY other services. I gave Markell ( supposedly one of the managers) my coupon and he was happy to take it but still ended up charging me 107.19- I asked him where my 25 dollar coupon came in and he must of thought I was completely stupid or whatever- listening to him and his bullcrap which MADE NO SENSE AT ALL! I was told that my service was 106 dollars and didn't agree or ask for ANYTHING else. This guy had more bs coming out of his mouth and is a COMPLETE FRAUD- I knew this just by listening to him talk... I was so angry I just drove off but the more I think about it- THE MORE PISSED I GET!!! I tried to call the Vavoline store because I was going to have him try to play me again! There IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I AM GOING TO LET THIS CON ARTIST GET AWAY WITH THIS! I AM telling you to stay far away from these places... especially this store- EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE GONE HERE THERE ARE NEW FACES- usually legit guys. Not a great experience. When they saw the car they anticipated 2-weeks depending on parts; 3 1/2…read moremonths later picked up the car. The more frustrating thing is that they're always gonna call to advise, but they never, ever do. One of the times we called while we never received a call back they sent us a pic of our car w/o any explanation WTH? Finally they call say it's done, we go, now no one knows we got a call to come get it so they look all over for the folder...finally after abt 15 mins they find; but no one's checked the car...AND the emblems are missing...after the almost 4 mo they have to order, now why wouldn't that have been done somewhere in the almost 4 months?? AND after leaving we found out Jack and parts are missing, they advised they took them out to do the repair but can't find...yet another thing they have to order could be a week, they'll call us . Aft almost 2-wks they never called, we did, magically just arrived. They don't seem organized and while we understand busy etc there's no excuse of why every single commitment of anything is never made. The work looks good BUT on their lack of pretty much everything related to customer service, made this an awful experience. I mean after a month/almost 4-mo when they said 2 -wks never returning a call is NOT good. We never ever called daily, so it's not like we were a PIA. Based on their forgetting the emblems altho the removed ones were bagged and in the trunk and the jack stuff that was missing there's obviously no quality control and their lack of communications not only to us but internally should not happen. What if we had a flat and didn't know all needed to fix wouldn't be there, it was when we dropped off the car! They did take the car to the dealership on sensors. Overall based on everything a miserable experience, if anyone asked I'd say look elsewhere for repairs.
