I am not sure because they were the only ones open on Labor Day weekend that could fit me. and I needed work done but Tires plus was a hundred dollars cheaper but I needed an alternator fast. This guys honest. Not only is he honest, but he's efficient and takes the time to explain things. I have no idea what the 1 star is about in the history, because I have only received two excellent interactions with Andrew the owner. The first was when he diagnosed a wheel bearing in the rear axle of my wife's BMW. It took him 15 min to do that. The dealership took 3 hours! The second interaction was when my wife's car started to leak oil profusely after an oil change. Andrew found the issue; a small cracked oil plug and fixed it for just over 100 bucks. He diagnosed it, fixed it, saved my oil as it was new, cleaned the car undercarriage and only charged just over 100 bucks! Comon guys, that's just unheard of and shows the guys integrity. I've been dealing with Andrew since about 2014 for things from a simple oil change to R&R a transmission and have found him to be above board in every situation. Full disclosure, I've not always used 4 Points but every time I have, I've been totally satisfied (and a couple times regretted not using him). I recently went in for an oil change and asked them to check my serpentine belt. Now, some shops or dealers would have taken that as an opportunity but Andrew checked it and told me I didn't need at this time. That speaks volumes about his integrity. While I was waiting, i overheard a couple conversations he had with customers. He told them what their issues was, what he would suggest and left it up to them to decide what action they wanted to take. No pressure! Highly recommend this shop and the owner for great honest service, Drove down from NY with an undiagnosed problem. NY Acura dealer told me it was a $1300 oxygen sensor causing a revving noise at higher speeds. The owner of this shop more accurately diagnosed the problem as a wheel issue. A few hundred dollars later, my MDX was purring once again. Plan to go back for all my service needs while I'm down here. On the morning of 11/29/2021 my car was having some issues and I found this repair shop it has 5 stars rating on the internet so I decided to went and get my car fix here. I explain my car condition to owner, I told the owner after dozen of feet my gas pedal doesn't have enough fuel to move forward the car slowly stop. When I restart my car to drive again , at first, it was fine when driving then all the sudden it occurred the same problem with my gas pedal doesn't have enough fuel to move forward the car slowly stop. The owner told me to leave my car with them so they will take a look at to see what's going on. The same afternoon around 3:00 PM the owner called me to tell me I can be able picked up my car from their repair shop he find out the problems to my car and he replaced two parts of my car with new ones which I was very excited !!! I drive my car back home. I thought my car issue was solved. After 3 days later my car have the same issue again, I notice this time the issue got even worse now then before !!! my car is having the same problem with the gas pedal doesn't have enough fuel to move forward the car slowly stop happens 5 times a day which make me very frustrated !!! and my car was shaking really bad too!!! I immediately called the repair shop owner , he told me on the phone to bring my car back to the repair shop on Monday and there is another part of my car need to be replaced. It make me feels like now I have to pay extra money to get my car fix; it make me very suspicious of their car repair skills. 3 days later I decided going to Ford Dealership Services. I picked up my car the next day at the Ford Dealership Service, We picked up my car the next day and we were told that the problem was completely different from what Four Points Auto Repair told us and that my car hadn't had that problem since I drove it! This made us very angry that our original parts were just replaced with what they thought was faulty and the problem wasn't solved! We paid a lot of money for this! We moved to Port St Lucie this year and needed to find a dependable, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced mechanic which is like finding a needle in haystack. I asked around, read reviews, and finally choose to try Four Points Auto. First we had rear brakes done and they had the SUV in and out the same day. Brandon was super polite, knowledgeable, and gave us a great prices. He explained what they did, why, and made us feel confident in our choice. About a month later our check engine light was on and we took it back it. We have a device that tells us what the check engines codes mean so we knew what was wrong before we took it back. This time is was a bunch of things and he gave us them listed from the vital the way to needed, but could live for a bit. We choose to do it all because what was the point of doing half and bringing it back a month later? I just appreciate that Brandon understood that not all people can afford it all and gave us all of our options. We had tires, a fuel pump, and a major a/c repair done. His pricing was again very fair and reasonable. It took 3 days to do all the work and everything was amazing when we got her back! Four Points was a great local mechanic to find. I just moved to the area from Miami and I am always very skeptical about mechanics. I usually find a good mechanic and stick to them. Because I was in a new area I was looking for a trustworthy mechanic. I first took my 2008 Impala into their shop for an oil change. I wanted to see how they did business and also how they treated their customers. They were extremely professional. I hate when I take my car into a mechanic to work on one problem (for example a tire change) and they are popping your hood and looking at things you never asked them to without your permission. These guys did none of that! They were extremely professional and got right to business. They had me out of there in under 20minutes without "poking their noses" into things I didn't ask them to. I also observed their courtesy and professionalism towards other customers while I was there and I was impressed. Because of this I decided to take my car to them when I noticed it was dripping some pink fluid. They diagnosed my issue in less than 5 minutes. I was leaking transmission fluid. They could have easily taken advantage of such a major fluid leak but they did not. The mechanic took me under my vehicle that was on the lift and pointed out my exact issue. He informed me that it was a cheap fix and ordered the parts immediately and had me out of there in a little over an hour. I will recommend them to any new friends I meet in Port St. Lucie. I came here based on the other reviews. Everything they said was true. I came to Andrew thinking I needed my clutch replaced. I walked into his office and in less than five minutes he had my keys and was driving my car around. Came back told me he didn't see a problem with it. Called this business to get a quote for repairs on my Mercedes Benz using OEM parts purchased from Mercedes Benz of Fort Pierce. The male voice who answered the line rudely and with a major negative attitude said that "we don't do that here". That is a non-starter and a deal-breaker. You are in the service business people including myself have options. You were contacted for a quote to perform a paid repair service. I had an engine belly cover rip on FL turnpike. Luckily I got off the highway in Port St.Lucie. Picked this place because of reviews. Then I got lucky again by having Andrew inspect the damage and fix the loose engine cover to the front bumper as soon as I pulled up to the shop. He charged me so little I gave him a 300% tip. He could have easily charged much more because I was driving a 2015 BMW coupe and he knew I was on my way to Orlando. Instead he acted in a very professional manner.
