On the day of our shoot, my husband woke up very sick. He wanted to cancel but I begged him to hang in for a few hours until our session was complete. He agreed but he was irritable the whole time. Our son was cranky and teething and hadn't slept through the night for at least a week. Plus we had just partied for three days with out friends at our family beach house in Moss Landing so I was super tired! To top it off, the weather on the afternoon of our shoot was unforgiving. When Rachel arrived we sort of rushed her through our session because we all wanted to get back home to the Bay. I figured we wouldn't get a lot of good shots but if we got at least a few it wouldn't be wasted effort. She was gracious and patient and gave us just the right amount of direction that we needed since my husband and I feel super awkward in front of the camera. Despite giving her zero workable material, the photos came out gorgeous! (And we received them in a week!) I couldn't believe it. She made something out of nothing and now we have these beautiful and precious photos of our family to cherish forever. We will definitely be using Rachel again! We are so so full of gratitude!

I googled, and conveniently Flora was one of the first ones to come up for us. As soon as I saw her site and portfolio, I was blown away by what she's able to create for couples. If only I could be so lucky.. When we met with her the first time, she was very warm, approachable, and I could tell she picks up on personal details so quickly. We signed with her not long after- really just an awesome 45 minute experience and we already felt comfortable with her! Fast forward to itinerary planning and putting custom touches on our special day- Flora was responsive, available, and willing to work with us to make it the most memorable and unique experience. Flora knows all the best spots along Monterey/Big Sur for timeless, romantic photos. As a guide on our wedding day, it was like we had known her for years- she has a way of cutting through any anxiety and just making you feel so seen and understood. We originally found her through a Reddit post in the elopement subreddit, and after seeing her stunning work, we immediately knew we wanted her as our photographer. We even shifted our date just to fit her availability that's how incredible her photography is! From the very beginning, communication was top-notch. We booked her in early December, and throughout the entire process she was professional, responsive, and helpful. Her elopement guide, complete with recommended vendors, made planning so much easier. On the day of our elopement, Flora made us feel completely at ease. She guided us through poses naturally and effortlessly, helping us look and feel like ourselves. Her knowledge of Big Sur is unmatched she grew up in the area and knows all the hidden gems, which made our photos even more magical. We were blown away by her quick turnaround as well. She sent preview photos within 2 days (when most photographers take 1-2 weeks!) and delivered the full gallery within 3 weeks, far faster than the usual 6-8 weeks. And the photos... absolutely jaw-dropping. We were stunned when we saw them. Everyone we've shared them with has been amazed, with multiple people saying they look like something out of a magazine. My wife and I got married in September 2022 at Monastery beach in Carmel, CA. Again, from the get-go Bhavesh was very prompt to respond to our inquiries and was very elaborate on what was included with his packages and how much the add-ons were. We bought a basic package and paid for a total of 10 hours of coverage, I believe, as well as drone footage. We got such an amazing deal through them compared to other companies that wanted to charge $5k - $10k for less coverage! The day of our wedding, he showed up earlier than my bride and I, and was fully prepared to shoot and had already done some drone shots. I had a clip on mic and all of the sound and audio quality was crystal clear. Bhavesh and the photographer worked well together and he had a lot of creative ideas that turned our video into that of a cinematic masterpiece. Transitions we're pretty smooth and the overlayed music was well chosen. We couldn't recommend anyone else to record our wedding video. The only thing we would do different is hire him to film our rehearsal dinner! To Bhavesh and his family: Thank you so so much for helping us capture these memories in an amazing way. Im tearing up just writing this review. We will forever cherish this video and will continue to watch this and show it to our future children.
