The hands-on activities and interactive learning environment keep him engaged and excited about discovering new things. Every time we walk outside, I am constantly getting questions about the sky, the moon, leaves, different animals, just anything he sees and reads. He is constantly curious and has so many questions. As a second-year student, I've seen such growth in his independence, he picks out his own clothes, makes his bed, cleans up after himself including sweeping and vacuuming if necessary. Mrs. Shahnaj is incredibly attentive and is always encouraging my child to explore at their own pace. The mixed-age classroom is wonderful for helping him develop social skills, and he is learning to communicate and cooperate with children of all ages. My son started when he was 3 and immediately Mrs. Shahnaj noticed areas he needed to improve on with his social and emotional development and started to work on correcting it. She also let me know things I can work on to improve his emotional development at home and now I can truly see a difference. We are still working on some things but there have been major changes. Montessori school operates differently than public school, which I love. The children go at their own pace and each child focuses on what they need to develop. Each child is working on different things, but every child is still exposed to all areas. My son has learned so much in his year and a half he has been there. He has developed skills I know he will use for the rest of his life. I couldn't be more pleased with the development my child has experienced during his time at Theami. It's been a wonderful experience, and I'm excited to see how he continues to thrive in this supportive, enriching environment!

Not wheelchair accessible either with no cameras was also a red flag. They have a problem keeping staff around, I noticed months ago and I was told during my visit that a senior instructor was leaving. I dont blame the staff because of managements spurious sense of care. No need for you all to lure parents in to visit your little house school with false promises and covert discriminatory behavior once they leave because they didnt pass your projecting manipulative test. If you dont like the look and skin colors of the intellectual parents you cannot manipulate, surely you couldn't genuinely care for their offspring. Be careful not to leave your children around people so miserable they refuse to provide or heat up food for a 17 month old enrolled at their "school" with a tuition. This is optional childcare before grade school and these are the type of people that make you want to keep your kid home schooled.

At 4 years of age my son's degree of concentration, ability to problem solve, love and understanding of nature and level of creativity are far beyond my expectations. I know with these skills he will have an outstanding foundation to grow from. My 1 year old is also greatly benefiting from this environment, at 15 months she has shown me how capable even a toddler can be. She feeds herself independently, can drink from a cup, is working on dressing herself, "helps" me with chores and takes great pride in showing me what she can do. The teachers or "guides" are all wonderful and truly care about your children. I strongly recommend this school to anyone.

We toured several preschools in the area, but nothing really felt like the right fit. Many of them felt a bit institutional. AAIMS, however, felt different. Ms. Nargis, the director, gave us a tour, and I could tell she really cares about the school. You can see how much thought she puts into it and how much she wants it to be a great place for both the kids and the teachers. The kids looked happy and playful, the teachers were welcoming, and the whole atmosphere just felt right. What I'm most thankful for is what happened a few months after our daughter started. Our family was going through a difficult season, and she developed separation anxiety and became very attached to her favorite blanket. As a mom, it was heartbreaking to leave her during that time. Ms. Nargis and Ms. Teressa were incredibly patient and supportive. They genuinely cared about helping her through that season. They kept me updated, worked closely with me, and gave her the extra reassurance she needed. Knowing she was surrounded by people who understood what she was going through and truly wanted to help meant so much to us. That kind of care is hard to find, and it meant the world to our family. Our daughter has come such a long way in overcoming her separation anxiety. Now she runs into preschool with a huge smile, and one of the sweetest things is seeing her comfort her friends when they're sad to say goodbye to their moms. That just amazes me. Watching her grow in confidence has been such a joy, and we're so thankful to all of the teachers at AAIMS. I also love the curriculum. It's engaging, age-appropriate, and I can see how much she's learning while still having plenty of time to play and just be a kid. We also appreciate the variety of extracurricular activities they offer, which gives the kids opportunities to explore new interests and build confidence. One thing I really respect is the way Ms. Nargis leads AAIMS. I know it isn't easy running a preschool and balancing the needs of so many children, parents, and teachers, but her love and passion for the school are genuine. You can tell she truly wants AAIMS to be the best it can be, and I really admire that. Moving to a new state came with a lot of unknowns, but finding AAIMS has truly been a blessing for our family.
