The room is outdated by a few decades . The worst part is something super creepy . This place has bad vibes, like I woke up in the middle of the night to nitemare felt a presence here. Besides being rude, and mis-representing herself as the manager, she was poorly informed about the policies of the hotel. She outright refused to accept any card that was not physically present, despite having had the ability to accept a faxed credit card authorization from my employer - an option that was never offered. She refused to offer solutions, said "I can't" multiple times (when by the way she could have), and actually went so far as to pull other guests waiting in the lobby into our interaction. I called the 800# for Best Western and filed a complaint, which would provide the ACTUAL management of the property an opportunity to address our concerns; no contact or effort to contact was ever made. Also, the bathroom walls and tub basin were littered with strange hair upon check-in. This experience, albeit only two nights, will actually keep me from voluntarily staying in a Best Western ever again.

Front desk woman is an charming elderly woman of Indian descent who was very personable and spoke perfect English despite being entrenched by Starke's thick Central Florida Drawl Restaurants and convenience stores are well within walking distance. One reviewer describe the rooms very as clean as well as kitsch . I agree there are some unique and very cute characteristics in this motel. Donot visit this hotel…read more I was there for 6 months on business..... after 5 months the mold was beginning to show in the bathroom.... the toilet mives from side to side....... the ac stopped blowing cold. Room 11 I told the owner..... he said " ya ya I will check".... never did.... but he was able every saturday to remind me that rent was due. Thats the thanks I got for staying 6 months. Like an idiot I went back last month.... room 23.... same thing... toilet movea from side to side ac doesnt blow cold.
