I've called Mr. Eubank before when I had concerns and free of charge he's told me things to do at home first before bringing him in. He's so personable and my cat Jinx really likes when he talks to him. He calls him big boy and chief and it really relaxes my cat. He explains everything and even is nice about your pet concerns when you might be taking it a bit over board. I am a very worrisome cat parent I am aware of that. But, he never makes me feel that way he always helps me by giving me his opinion and information. He sold me a flea pill and literally Jinx's fleas were gone in a day or two. He always knows the latest about medication and sickness for pets. He never fails to know the answer to my questions. His prices are so reasonable and affordable for anybody. This is the best place to go for your pet and your wallet!

It could use some TLC but is in decent shape. One nice perk is that it seems to be little-known so there weren't any other dogs around, which is sometimes nice. Not ideal for socializing with other dogs but not a bad thing for us today as we were able to enjoy some nice quiet time in the sunshine.

They also have some sort of work programme for low-risk inmates to do community service. I don't know a lot about this programme, but the in-mates I have interacted with have been pleasant and helpful. This is a great place to interact with animals! They also occasionally have sponsored pets available with a waived adoption fee. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is that with they recently changed their hours so they are now open 11-4 M-F and 10-3 Saturday. This has made it more difficult to bring school aged kids here during the week, whereas we used to be able to make it after-school. Overall, very positive experiences here! Love bringing my toddler to see the animals!

She clearly told the employee that we could take the paper work to them in person but no they wanna be racist and ignore her and say "you cant email it" like if the email doesnt work why do you think she was offering to go in person to show you guys the paper for my dog. And they got mad at my daughter when they called my dogs vet because we didnt have a appointment when my daughter never said we were taking my dog to get her vacacciens at búfalo trace just straight lying to her face and the employee told my son she talled to on the Phone that my daughter doesnt know how to talk like an adult. The online registration process was simple, the staff is friendly and assistive, and all the cats were well tended to. Nicole acclimated to my home right away with no signs of fear or having been neglected any time prior to her adoption. She had all of her shots up to date, was neutered, and was litter box trained. Today she is triple in size and weight, climbs stairs in a single bound, and loves to purr loud.

My dog was dropped off at the shelter on Friday October 16 I called to get my dog back and went to claim him the next morning on October 17 and was informed my dog wasn't there, they posted on their Facebook page that he was lost or Stolen from the shelter .it's now February and I still have no answers on my dogs whereabouts. I have been told different stories from different employees as to what happened to Toby , I live a little over a mile from the shelter so if he has escaped he would have been home the same day .Something stinks here and it's not only the shelter that stinks it's how the employees handle situations. After looking at the kittens which were adorable by the way . I spotted this two year old all gray two year old cat named Shadow. For me it was a done deal ! He was loving from the jump and purring up a storm as I pet him. He let me hold him and didn't struggle to get away. The employees there are so friendly and genuinely happy to have either a cat or dog or any animal adopted . The gift area had some really good buys so I got my neighbors dog a jacket and a tee shirt each item was five dollars and a toy. I got my sister the cutest sweatshirt for Christmas there . Currently Shadow is getting used to his new home and already spoiled within the hour of being home .
