The woman I worked with was cold and seemed painfully annoyed as I needed to print several items for an international visa. I was the only customer in the shop yet felt like I was the least important priority. She went even as far as to say "the guys in the back printing are getting very frustrated with the sizing of your item and are going to need to charge you more." It was a simple photo that could have easily been cut down to work properly. Instead, I sheepishly agreed to her idea of adding a white border on either left and right side of the photo, which would clearly make it look off, against my better judgment because I just wanted to get the hell out of there! It was a total waste of hours of my time and money, went all the way to the Embassy in DC and was told the photo's borders would make it against standard so my visa would need to be redone. Will not return.

It should be a simple process, and yet twice in the last two years employees didn't out process mail correctly so I've had to call their service center to get them to remove the mail from my account. You might think that's not a big deal, but ipostal charges you if you don't pick up your mail in a given time. And their phone lines always have a wait. 4/4/2026- I came to pick up 4 pieces of mail and they lost one of the pieces of mail. Their staff is very knowledgable about the printing processes and materials I should use which helps take the guess work out of my job. I am just starting to expand my business into the interior design area and have started to use Prestige to print large photos for me to really give my rooms a unique pop that other art simply can't provide. Recently, I had them print out 2 large format skyline images for one of my freelance design clients who is a photographer (I have uploaded pics of these in the photos section).
