Made this account just to warn others of my experience. I called American Reprographics on Wednesday to get a quote on a poster. Was told they couldn't give me an estimate over the phone, so I sent them the file over email. Went back and forth over email a little bit fixing sizing issues and figured I was good to go! Red Flag #1: I never actually received a quote. Thursday morning I received an email saying they still needed answers that I had already sent I'm previous emails. So I called them, we got it all worked out and I was told my poster would be ready by the end of the day -- but still wasn't given a quote. As the clock creeps closer to 4:00pm I still haven't received word that my poster is done, so I call to check in on it. Red Flag #2: I'm told "Oh good I'm glad you called because I totally forgot about it! I should still have it done today although it might be after the store closes." Luckily they do eventually finish, and I go after business hours to pick it up. Then I am charged an astounding $80 for a 2x3' poster, $30 of which is for the foam board it's mounted on (which costs all of $5 at a craft store). At this point I really wish I hadn't gone forward without a quote, and just had gone to Fedex or Kinkos instead. read more

Absolutely stellar service! All the staff are helpful and friendly, but the one individual who assisted us in our project was Kenneth. He was extremely patient and accommodating as he guided us through the process which was to print "Save the Date" cards for my daughter's forthcoming wedding. Options were presented and he always had the samples ready for our review as the design evolved. The final product was perfect and at a very reasonable price; we couldn't be happier! Every visit, I could see them working projects for major construction jobs, many times bigger than our needs... no job is too big or too small. After calling the typical "go to" copy centers, I was lucky to come across American Reprographics. After a quick upload of my document it was ready for pick up in less than 30 minutes (when I was quoted 4 hours by another center). It was waiting for me when I arrived and looked perfect. Was looking for a quick turnaround for some high quality, large, wedding picture printings for some gifts for Christmas. Found then on Yelp, walked in and they helped me out even though I could tell things were busy because they were trying to tie close up remaining jobs before the holiday for which I was grateful. We told Colin what we wanted and he helped us out with image quality and proper paper choice for our specific framing we already had. I had no idea how to resize massive sized images bet we emailed them and he took care of all of it to make sure it fit within the boarders of our frame backing. From what I could tell from their set up this was a small scale job for them (looks like they do a lot of branding printing and posters but I could be wrong) but they did it as if I was a high paying customer. And they gave me courtesy call when my prints were done the next day. Great customer service, keep it up! read more
