I was promised that my stage 2 faja came with a free alteration since I purchased two fajas, along with soap to wash them. I left the boutique wearing the black stage 1 faja and didn't check the beige stage 2 faja at the time of purchase. After two weeks, when I switched to the stage 2 faja, the button for the sanitary liner immediately popped off--clearly defective on a product that cost over $200 with tax. I dropped off the stage 2 faja for the promised free alteration and button repair. On August 9th, I was told it was ready, only to find that the button had not been repaired. The owner even denied that I had reported the issue, despite the fact that I had it documented in writing via text and noted when I dropped it off. At this point, I had already been without my faja for a week. She sent it back again, and on August 19th I picked it up. When I tried it on at home, it was clear the faja was either not altered at all or altered incorrectly, as it still felt loose. Worse, the button was still not properly fixed and popped off again. When I reached out to the owner, she ignored my message rather than addressing the issue. For the amount of money spent, this level of poor quality and unprofessional customer service is unacceptable. I do not recommend shopping here. Came here to pick up my son's soccer team trophies and the owner is so sweet. Noticed a couple…read moremistakes that were not a big deal and he was kind enough to fix them on the spot. I waited maybe 15 minutes, paid the remaining balanced and left right before closing. However.... 20 minutes later I realized that I was missing one and I was freaking out, especially when Sundays they are closed! I called him and he was kind enough to have it ready for me later that day and have it at the shop next door to his business (BTW it was not his fault we were missing one trophy, it was from our end). I was impressed by the flexibility and the fact that he managed to deliver a trophy short, not to mention the amazing work that he put into the trophies. Looking forward to coming back next season!

Well today was that day! O M G, what a COOL place! They have everything you could ever want in here. I mean everything....furniture, western & regular wear for men, women and I think children too. First, let me say, the ladies who work here are just the sweetest. They stop and ask if you are looking for anything special and take you right to it. I was looking for some new rain boots and I was hoping they had some. One of sweet ladies took me right to them. (I'll post a photo) My hubby is NOT a shopper but surprising he was with me on my visit here. He told me the restroom was the CLEANEST restroom HE HAS EVER BEEN IN! WOW! If you are looking for clothes for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, this is the place to go!!!! Also, this a great place for those special gifts for hard to buy people. This was the weirdest most condescending candle experience I've ever had. In old town spring (some…read moresmall area with eateries and shops) tucked away a bit from the road is a small shack. Once you enter it's just one room filled from bottom to top with candles. The owner came out of nowhere after we entered and started talking to us about his candle choices. He had a lot of judgement to give us including how he doesn't use soy candles because they car carcinogenic, and how often people burn their candles wrong and burn their wax wrong. He even tried to give me a paper showing me how to burn my candles saying it was a crime that no other candle shops ever tell their customers how to burn candles. I get that he wants to educate people but when trying to sell product to someone seems like a very strange way to do that. Maybe he should sneak one of these informationals into a gift bag when people purchase. At the very least he needs to stop asking how people burn their candles, then judgmentally telling them that's the wrong way to burn candles, then giving them a flyer on how to do it right. However he did have some rather small candles which he claimed burned for 14 hours or so which if true would be great quality. I did not buy due to the condescension so I cannot attest. Some of the product was very oily and he noted that they were not selling so he's been discounting them just to move product.
