I will give 2 stars because the window covering do look nice. They are installed upside down (after 3 attempts at installation). Also Barbara is really pushy on the sales end. I should have said no and looked for a better option. Lowes could've done the same thing for 30% less read more

My husband and I called Holley's Window Fashions and Interior to see about having shutters put up in our home. The staff who answered the phone was very polite and friendly. We made an appointment for someone to come out to give us a quote. Barbra came right out, brought samples,was very knowledgeable, very professional and easy to talk with. We picked out what we wanted, paid down payment, she ordered them , they came in and the installers came out to install them. The installers were professional , went straight to work, picked up and cleaned up behind themselves and explained how the shutters work, showing us details. Lifetime warranties. We love the new look, the quality , we also had shutters made to cover our front door for privacy . Our whole house looks great. I could never go back with regular faux window blinds again, not after having the Hunter Douglas NewStyle Hybrid shutters , they add such a nice Modern look and add value to our home as well as being energy efficient ,which is a plus with us. My experience with this business started out very positively- the consultation in the store was delightful, I enjoyed speaking with Barbara and picking out fabrics for my pieces. She is clearly very knowledgeable about fabrics and styles, I could tell she does quality work and was very in tune with my taste. There were some issues throughout the process that left me frustrated, but the mistake was truly an accident (and a special case). Long story short, Jennifer worked diligently to make it right. She was apologetic, kind, and helpful - offering to do anything she could to make sure I was taken care of. My pieces turned out so wonderful, it was worth the mix-up. I think it says a lot about the company that they would take responsibility for a mistake and go out of their way to help a customer. I have worked with Hailey on two occasions. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had just moved into a new home and needed some decorating advice. She worked with me for a few hours and gave me so many tips. I wrote as many down as I could remember snd then added my own touches. What a help! Holley's Window Fashion My husband and I are moving to Bryan from Houston and are updating our new residence. My husband contacted Holley's Window Fashion for an appointment to come out to our home and look at our drapes and to also discuss window treatments for the other various windows which we plan to update. Ms. Holley made an appointment for 3:00 p.m. on September 24, 2016, to meet us at our residence. We made a special trip to Bryan from Houston for this appointment. Not recommended! Wasted my time. Took off from work early in order to meet up with her for an appointment they set up at 5pm. Gave details and landmarks during the call when the the appointment was set. Proudly told me that the owner, Barbara Holley, was meeting me to do the measurements. However, she was already 5 mins late when she called to let me know she was still trying to find her way and couldn't find the address. As discussed, my family and I still waited as she looked for the address, gave her additional landmarks and she bragged she did some work on the street name we were close to. Forty five minutes passed to my dismay, had I not called her again, I wouldn't have found out that she gave up looking for the address, so she was turning back going to her office to "look for the address"! She said "I'll just go back to the office and make an effort to find your address", when she could've done her homework in 2 days (Saturday-Sunday) and add whole day Monday! I sent my address Friday! Very unprofessional and caused me and my family a lot of inconvenience. read more
