Being military we move around a lot. I have rented space with multiple companies but this is by far my favorite. The staff here has helped me every step of the way with anything I needed and the security here is top of the line. This community is gated, officers come around twice a day to check the premises, cameras are always being monitored, and the doors themselves have another alarm. This place is located in an industrial area not fat off Vineyard and the 101. They have good accessible hours and friendly staff. Not the cleanest and sometimes crowded due to FEDEX Ground and other commercial renters with roll ups near the front gate. Sometimes it's hard to find a cart but recently they purchased a few new ones. Overall it is a great value to store here. read more

The manager showed me several different spaces and worked with me to get a space and at a price that was worth while. They were only one of two that were willing to negotiate on price and the other place was old and beat down.
