The young MTs (Luna, for example) are given customers after only a few sessions of "training" and are simply not ready, especially for deep tissue or injury treatment. Lastly, the owner texted me a few days ago and said there is potential sexual activity occuring in her store, so female customers might want to take note of that and avoid the store alltogether.

About 15 minutes past my appointment time (half an hour after my arrival), I caught the eye of the doctor. Her only words to me were, "just wait." I continued to wait. As I waited, another employee (assistant) came out several times to talk loudly in Chinese to the receptionist. Neither of them paid any attention to me. After waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time, with no more communication from anyone, and no indication of how much longer it would be, I left. I didn't say goodbye.
