Stopped by here to let kiddos go to the restroom but then one threw up right before we got to the restroom. One staff member with short dark hair just got done cleaning and didn't look too happy. She brought the mop and cleaning supplies for me to clean and told me to clean while I was wiping down one crying kid. But then another staff with the subway hat and apron with light colored hair in an updo was super kind and got paper towels for me as the one inside the bathroom was giving little paper at a time. She was so quick to clean and got a thicker "paper towel" to clean up the body from the throw up. I loved her genuine assistance and empathy as she understood as a mother dealing with little kids. She deserves a huge raise for her kindness and staff of the year if their employer does anything like that. Any employer would be so lucky to have her as an employee for her hard work and positive attitude. We need many of her in this world. I appalled at the clerk's behavior today! She was rude and treated me like I was scum on her shoes.. I asked a question about the cost of ice and she yelled it listed. I was like I am sorry I didn't see it. Then I went to pay and she waited on other people instead of me. I finally asked are you going to let me pay for the ice? She rolled her eyes and rung me up. Poor service and for no reason other than prejudice. Don't go here if you're looking for customer service or friendly service. No stars for her! read more

This was the worst gas station I have ever been to, I had to go to 3 different pumps before it accepted my card. And after I selected my fuel type it took about 15 minutes until it overfilled due to the latch not releasing. Also my girlfriend was buying snacks on the inside store and got double charged for her items and then had to be refunded. read more

Stopped by here on a road trip, everyone was very friendly and the store has a nice selection. I saw some reviews saying the bathrooms were closed and dirty but they've since been reopened and are clean. They also have a microwave for use in the store, a decent Mexican candy selection, a subway, and gas. Really nice energy in the store. :) Would recommend stopping by read more

We received pleasant service here. The cashier struck up a friendly conversation with us while we checked out, sharing her recommendation for snacks. We stopped to hit the restroom and refill our water bottles with ice water. The bathroom was serviceable, a single that was clean enough and stocked. By no means a "fancy" convenience store, there's an okay selection of snacks and beverages, including a soda fountain with fair prices. The Subway adjoins the inside of the building. read more

Pumps are extremely slow, ladies restroom is locked and closed due to missuse by customers. Owners want donations to fix the restroom! Never stopping there again! read more

Don't stop here for a pit stop! The women's bathroom is closed and the men's bathroom was disgusting. Floors were sticky, the sink didn't work (during COVID-19 and not being able to wash your hands is unacceptable), and the overall cleanliness of the bathroom was awful. If I could say there was a pro, it would only be that it smelled good because of subway. That's not worth it though! Don't go here! read more

We needed gas and a restroom stop, passing through Monticello Utah. We should've turned around and gone back to a different gas station. Cons; The gas price was higher by six or seven cents a gallon and the restrooms were filthy! I always look around the store for clean floors and store front windows. This store was grimy through out! Pros: the employee working the register was very friendly! There is a Subway sandwich shop on the premises....the fresh baked bread smelled wonderful! Unfortunately, because the store was so dirty, I would be hesitant to order or even buy a drink using the soda machines with ice. read more

We stopped at this gas station passing through and we couldn't have been more pleased. As soon as we walked through the door we were givin a friendly greeting. The tables all seemed to be clean as well as the floor. The subway was the cleanest subway I have ever been to. The employee welcomed us and proceeded to wash his hands, which made me happy to have him make my sandwich. He was very friendly throughout the entire process and sent me off with kind words. I really enjoyed my experience at this gas station and plan on returning if we pass through again. read more

I have to say this place was pretty bad!! I travel a lot and this was the dirtiest place I've seen. I will be going someplace else next time. There is a Subway inside and would never eat there!!! read more
