We had to tell her our order several times before she remembered it. When we tried to be friendly and ask if the cooler weather had been a nice change, she completely ignored us. Then.. When we went to the check out to pay, the lady at that counter tried to charge us extra for gravy. When we pointed out that the price seemed a little high for what we had ordered, we were met with rude resistance. We had to actually walk over to the other counter with her to point out the price that was clearly stated in big characters on the board. She still very reluctantly changed the price on the register to what it was supposed to be. The employees of this establishment REALLY need to work on their customer service skills. The way we were treated was unacceptable, and we definitely won't be referring people to come here.
